I make sure I set the times around my schedule too lol
I’m gonna go ahead and turn them on tonight at 6:00 so that means tomorrow night will be there first day of flower right???? The reason why I ask is for the defoliation I’m gonna do,like what whytewidow said .....

you do know technically you don't have to defoliate at all, the plant will do it on its own, just saying.....

you do to much to quick your gonna end up with what i have ;-)

i always like to set my timing a little off, like when i'm not home.....10am to 10pm, this gives me a couple of hours to take care of the ladies before i go to bed

each to the own though

Yeah timing wise I like to avoid the day time to keep the heat out of the tent... I get off at 5 and leave to work at 5:50 so I can play with them when I get home and play with them before I leave to work ... Lol defoliation wise I really don’t have too much to take off anyways Plants are kinda small so I will probably just take off the big ones on top to help with light penetration but since I topped and cleaned off all bottom growth a long time ago I really don’t have too much to worry about thanks for the input though brother.....

start at the bottom and work you way up, the top of the plant in question is where all the magic happens, its the lower leaves that you will have to work with mostly simply cause of the light penetration it doesn't get to the bottom. When time allows use some soft string to open the plant up, i do when i work outside. Inside not to much. Unlike clf like i do, you have an HPS system...so keep that in mind too. When you get home working with the plant, grab a branch lightly, and pull it out a little this way you can kinda see what i mean.....its all about working with what you got.......

You can remove every fan on day one of flower. By day 20 there eill be almost as many as there was during the first stripping. And if you let the plant defoliate itself. Your defeating the purpose of doing it to gain yield.

@Tx-Peanutt you can set the timer to whatever time you want one day of a screwing cycle won' hurt anything. It takes a few days for the plant to go into flower. It diesnt change at first flip. Sometimes when I decide to flip. The first night cycle might 18 hours. Or if i wsnt the time changes. The first night cycle might 6 hours. It won't hurt it. Look up gas lantern light cycle. It' all kinds of fukd up. Like 2 on 4 off 1 on 8 off its crazy.

K well tomorrow before lights go off
If your going to strip. Do it lights on after your first 12 hour dark cycle. So the first 12 hour dark cycle. When the lights come back on. Strip it.
k sounds good I’ll get me some razor blades tomorrow cuz I used the only one I had when I topped them a couple weeks back

Use scissors... don' have to be a razor blade. Jus don't pull them off. Bc it can run a strip down your stalk if it doesn' tear right

Razors are fine too. Some of the spots where I removed fans. There's a little stub. I usually cut em close. Sometimes it's an inch long. I just run through an so fast. Not really concerned with how it looks ya know. I' concerned with filling my jars with topshelf weight.
