Hey man just seen u posted on my form wanting some pointers on temps. What's your temp at in your house? That makes a big difference. If it gets to hot then u need to run your AC at a lower temp to drop the temp in your grow.

Yeah man it's the house. My temps are down to 82-86, which isn't bad. For how i'm not going to worry about it until I see something negative happening. I'm running a little fan that blows air onto the bulbs, and the leaves aren't showing any stress. Also i'm watering with Superthrive, that has anti-stressing properties. Anyways, it's my first run and it's not perfect nor will it ever be.

Day 17

Hey Y'all. I'm having a slight problem here with Annie, first the house is pretty hot, it stays at 75 degrees, second i'm having slight nute burn, and 3 I think I have Cal/mag deficiency. As far as the house getting hot, i'm going to get some curtains for my windows to block out the sun from raising the temps in my room up. I can't really mess with the house temps, and it's not something I can do everyday, all i can hope is with the temps cooling down, that that will have a positive effect on my plants. I did buy an Ionizer fan for the front of the PC tower and have it blowing inside. Right now it's sitting at 81, but leaves are still curling a little and I took out the 4 light and now it's at 3. Just pretty bummed about that, I wanted a lot of lights for the plant, I hope the 3 23w will still produce some good bud. As far as nute burn goes, I gave her a flush today, but yet i'm still seeing more slight burn, and I mean like slight. As far as Cal/Mag deficiency going on I bought some Cal/Mag from General Organics. Can I just put it in or should I wait for the next watering/feeding period? Ah well here are some pics. I know it's about the Journey and not the destination, I was just hoping and wanting to produce some great herb. I still am confident that it'll be great and hopefully here in a few weeks I can put the 4th or even 5th cfl light. If not I might have to buy some small LEDs, any suggestions?

Oh yeah I started her LST'ing today! these pics are from this morning, but now (8hrs later) she's already popped up.IMG_0049.jpgIMG_0049.jpg IMG_0049.jpg IMG_0051.jpg IMG_0053.jpg IMG_0054.jpg IMG_0056.jpg

Still really having trouble with temps, and i'm starting to think it's my exhaust fan, and not the temps of my room. I've noticed their speeds fluctuate, and I know my house's temps are not changing dramatically. It can go from 81 to 88 without notice, and when i put my hand to the exhaust fan i can feel the air being pushed out, but much more from a 120mm my 80mm push more air out than that. Alas, the plants aren't doing terrible, they're just stretching a shit ton. i'm going to train it tomorrow one more time and hopefully they'll start flowering this weekend. Does LST'ing keep it from flowering, or push the period further?

LST doesn't have anything to do with flower time. It's just a method to get more out your plant in a small space. Flowering is strictly do to the light switch to 12/12 just make sure it's completely dark or it will keep vegging. Try switching your fans around to see if it helps your temp situation. Put your strongest fan blowing out closest to your bulbs since that's where your heat problem is.

Day 19

Wassup Y'all. No pics today, but just giving an update on what's to come as well as my ideas. Right now it's not stealthy, if you took 5 steps into my room you'd know what I was doing. Anyways, temps have just been crazy like up to 90 degrees and I just can't have that. I've invested a lot of time, money, and love into this plant for it to not produce. Learning curve? Yes, absolutely but i'm not going to throw away a perfectly beautiful plant, money, time, and my hopes. So last night I did some checking up on reviews on fans I ordered and I was lucky enough to have someone who is growing, give his two cents on the fans. His problems were the same as mine so now i'm going to McGyver it and strip some wires and put in some badass fans. I really believe it will take care of a lot of my heat problems, however I don't think it'll bring it down to 75 degrees, because my house is set on 75. Moving on, this morning I trained Annie and pulled her top down ;):o:blsmoke: curving it exposing the lower branches more, and then when I got home in the evening i spread some fan leaves around and put some incense stakes (yay for free incense sticks) to keep the fan leaves in their place. She's still exploding but now it's going to different places. The stem is getting bigger with each day as well as all the tops pushing out for light. Right now there are 5 lights on her, and in the wee hours of the morning i'll be feeding her and still training her as well. I am super stoked right now and even though it's not perfect, and she's a little burned I still believe this will turn out fantastic. Enjoy y'all and expect some pics tomorrow night after she's fed and pushed out. Hopefully she'll start budding on sunday which she'll turn 3 weeks that day. Later!

Hey man, nicely done! Annie is looking amazing for her age. I can't really help you with the temp problem, it's always cold here so I've been lucky... Although 90F is high, but not that severe I think. Lets hope it doesn't get any higher then it is.
Keep it up, you'll get some nice buds off of here.

Day 25

Wassup y'all. Sorry for the delay, I had to transfer my grow to a friends house. I had it on lock here at my place, but after having a run in with my mom about me smoking weed, and how they could pop into my room at any time. It's humbling because I feel like a teenager, but on another hand it's just shame inducing and I need to get the fuck out of here. Anyways Annie is doing fine, there was a light problem last night and, well, the lights just didn't go off. Other than that she's got some budsites come out, and still just in the beginning stages. I saw some preflowers on Sunday but really she started budding within the past day or so. She'll be getting fed this sunday, so because she's at a friends house I won't be updating as much. I trained her some more and this sunday will be the last day i do any training. The canopy is getting even but over course the main branch just wants to be the tallest one. The first and second picture are before training and after are the rest Enjoy!

Day 26

Wassup y'all. I'm just giving an update on my nutes and talk about the different ones i'm using. I'm using up to a 1/3 of the recommended dosages for nutrients, and will only augment if the plant shows no nute burn at 1/3. As of right now it's at a 1/4 or less and from what I just read about autoflowers, is that right now it's still preflowering. It's not yet 4 weeks old, so apparently it really starts flowering in weeks 4 and 5. However she has almost doubled in size in 9 days. well... maybe not double but definitely half. Anyways here are the nutrients and their descriptions that go into half a gallon. This is almost an all organic grow, the only thing that knocks it off from being complete is the Superthrive. I'm ok with that, until I can find an organic Superthrive like substance, i'll be using the regular Superthrive. Any suggestions?

Superthrive: a few drops per half gallon. The directions say a drip per gallon, but that's for house plants.
Garrett Juice: 1 Tbsp. Equal parts compost tea or liquid humate, molasses, apple cider vinegar, liquid seaweed. It nourishes the plant as well as improve the soil and the beneficial microbes living in it.
Liquid Fish 5-1-1: 1 Tsp. Good 'ole stinky fish emulsion
Cal-Mag: 1/4 Tsp. Name says it all
Liquid Fish 2-4-1: 1/4 Tsp. More stinky fish emulsion

The feed is actually really acidic, and reads 4 in the ph scale before I ph up. I only feed once a week and no more than that. As well I give my plants 2 days in between waterings/ feedings, so it can dry out a little and cause the roots to stretch and search for water/ nutes. Have a good weekend Y'all

Day 28

Wassup Y'all. Today marks 4 weeks of growth and is almost on it's way out Vegetative state. Not too much to say here, just did a little more training on Annie and will continue to do so for another week. She's barely flowering now, and even though the canopy is becoming more even, there is still more training to do. There aren't a whole lot of tops, just about 5-6. I think they'll grow 4 more inches and then start budding out, but what do I know:-P. Fed her this morning and I don't expect her to burn. If no burning i'll keep the same ratio for the next feeding, but i may add a little more of the bloom nutrients. who knows anyways, enjoy!

Damn, is she bushy. Nice work there man. You have a nice and strong foundation for flowering. :D When do you plan on switching her? And don't worry about the tops, I had six main ones growing and soon there were new bud sites all over the place, but smaller of course.

And I'm going to have to one day check out your feeding schedule. Annie is obviously loving it.

how would you have space for her at flower stages?
Good question. First I did some research and found this strain to be very short and bushy. I looked at other grow journals that grew this and saw the same thing. Basically I'm just LST'ing it. It shouldn't get over 18 inches, and if it does i'll start pulling it down. It was a risk I was willing to take and to actually grow a cannabis plant in a computer tower. Right now it has at the most 2 weeks of stretching, and it's almost done with week 1. so we'll see. either way if it succeeds or fails, it was still really fun, and that's what I was going for.

Day 30

Wassup y'all. My girl is just trucking away and growing more and more everyday. the LST'ing gowing well, seeing a lot more development on the "lower" buds. I'll be seeing her tomorrow, but this picture is from yesterday. looks like she didn't get stressed out by the nutes, there are still some burn marks from the first time I burned her but other than that she's doing great. This weekend i'll probably switch over to 2700k light bulbs, but i'm going to keep her on 18/6 for now since she's an autoflower. there's less than 2 months left on her, so she should be ready to smoke for New Years. i'm pretty stoked, this has been a long time coming and like I said in the post above, if it goes down it's not a failure. Do it because it's fun man.

Thanks man! yeah dude she's a trooper man. I'll take some of the credit for her robustness. I gave her some great soil and nutrients but man she is just exploding. I kinda don't know what to expect with flowering. from other grows i've seen she was short, but since i was there last night there was 2 more new tops. I think i'll head over to my friend's house either tomorrow or saturday or hell both days. She'll be getting fed this saturday, I'm still on the once a week regiment and we dont' water her too often. we dont' let her get super dry or dry, but just a little dry. gotta make that girl work!

As for the the light schedule i'm going to keep it at 18/6 since she's an autoflower. if things go really slow here in a week, then i'll flip it to 12/12 but to my knowledge you can keep it at summer hours. Lastly the nutes, I just picked up from a local hydro store. I didn't want to get anything too fancy now, plus popular nutes are fucking expensive. so they were past my budget.

Day 33

So I'm considering taking away the grow nutes (5-1-1) and just sticking with bloom nutes 2-4-1, so that it doesn't stretch too much more and puts its energy towards producing buds. It'll be 5 weeks on Sunday, but one more week of stretching. I still believe Annie won't out grow the box, but I'm torn between trying to get the most out of it or being safe. I will be switching the lights to 2700k and maybe adding another light to make it 6 23watts

Pictures will go up tonight, and she's looking great. I kind of manhandled her last night on accident. I was a little drunk and being heavy hand with tying her down. Those stems are strong! Anyways y'all have a good weekend!

Day 33 Continued...

Wassup Y'all I decided to keep the grow nutes and i upped the bloom nutes from 1/4 teaspoon to a 1/2 teaspoon, as well I upped the garrett juice as well. I decided to keep the grow nutes because i don't think it'll make that big of a deal, as well i want more tops, and the lower tops to push out. I'm still LST'ing and will be until next sunday which will mark 6 weeks and from what i've read the stretching should stop. Some of the tips are starting to just fall off, but very few, like a couple. Other than that she's starting to smell like sweet skunk with an earthy minty basil flavor too it. It's pretty great! Organics are the way to go! Not talking shit about hydro, if that's your jam great, but man even though the growth is smaller I think it's worth it. Anywho, i'll be going over to my friends house again to check on her, here in 4 or 5 days. Enjoy the porn y'all

Resin... all i can get as of right now. less than 3 months till dried and cured and ready to smoke. It sucks that it's harder to find connects now, because either nobody wants to share their connect or the dealer doesn't want any more people to deal too. I sure as fuck don't want to ask around my job, but man smoking resin is not the funnest. Smoke a bowl for me tonight :wall::-|

Day 36

Wassup y'all! It's one day past 5 weeks old and she's definitely still packing some heat. I think she has 6 more weeks to go, but then again i've read she finishes 1-3 weeks before non-autoflowers. anyways she's smelling more and more skunkier with the minty freshness as well. It looks like i'm having some cal-mag issues with the leaves, but i don't know how. I top dressed her with Azomite and i give her Cal-mag every time i feed her, but who knows. I'll be bringing over some 2700k lights and maybe adding a led light just to put her over the edge. I have no idea how fat these buds are going to get but i don't think they'll stay this size. I'm not worrying about stretching any longer, just hope those cola's get huge. anywho enjoy the pornIMG_0161.jpgIMG_0162.jpg IMG_0163.jpg IMG_0165.jpg IMG_0166.jpg IMG_0167.jpg
