I'm not to pressed about killin it I still have my 2 plant scrog in my tent thats looking amazing. Honestly the PC growing just looked really fun an cool an I wanted to try it out. What I need is a bigger PC case or just go ahead an build a little cabinet that's around the same size just taller. That way I can use the same stuff. But I don't think I flowered to soon if anything I flowered to late. I let it grow to much to try an get a few more branches to pop off but instead it just ended up growing out of control. Next time I'll flip over when the screen is about 1/2 full instead of 3/4 full. Plus it will be a indica not a sativa.

As far as the size of pot to use just go to Walmart or local grocery store an find some tupperware that fits the size of your PC case. Was the easiest way for me. The one I have now only cost $2 an seemed to work just fine it fit my PC perfect. Just drill holes in the bottom of it.

You can try to get your hands on a PC tower. Those beasts are the best, I'll definitely buy one when I complete my current grow.

Ya I found a few on eBay back when I started my first PC grow for about 60-70. I've looked around thrift stores and old computer stores but can't find any. I can make my own for that cost plus it's half the fun to make it yourself. But then again the whole reason why I started doing micro/pc grows was to see just how good I could get out of a standard PC case. When I find something I like I don't stop till I master it. So I'll have something up an running in the next couple weeks. Might just say fuck it an buy one of those server towers, that way it's still a PC.

Yup, server or a full case, if this ain't one. Keep it up, a lot of us really enjoy this thread.

Yo Ghost, how are things coming along with the Northern Lights?

I have a question albeit it is a bit of a noobish one. I have just prepped up my first scrog net and the whole thing is coming along nicely, but I have a problem with the watering. Up until now I would take the whole pot out of the PC get it in a sink, and then water it there. That way I wouldn't have to worry about the run off making a mess. Now I asked myself, what if my plant is going to be in flowering, with all those buds coming up through the net? I wouldn't be able to take the whole construction down.

I understand that you also had no option and left the pot inside the case? But then did you use less water to not make a flood?

Ya I was to the point where I was watering it almost everyday just not drenching it. I bought a small watering can to make it easier and just made sure the soil stayed damp so the run off wasn't to bad. It seemed to work just fine.

I was in the hospital for a few days from a server allergic reaction to this shot I got an it almost killed my plants because I wasn't able to water them. I think they will be alright but they looked pretty bad once I got home.

Man I was really hoping I could find one of those towers around me but there impossible to find. I went ahead an germ'd some of my freebie seeds from nirvana just for the hell of it. I'll veg them out an sex them to see what I get an I might just use one of them for the next PC grow depending on how long it takes. I defiantly want to use a different strain on the next run preferably a Indica dom strain. My auto N. Lights that I harvested a month or so ago is amazing so might end up using that. The taste is unreal, just all around great plant to grow. I might through up some pics of my tent since I haven't had any pics for awhile, it'll at least be something to look at. what is the best height for a pc case to grow in?

Well the best would be a server tower that is around 21-26 inches tall. The one I have is only 14in tall so I'd say ~18+ inches would be ideal.

My new tower is 17,

you've got a great looking grow for only 15in tall pc tower. how much did you get off that last harvest?

Yea man 17in should be great. That's 3 more inches than I got an you see how well I did in my first one. Hope it goes good for Ya. I think im'a just say fuck it an use the one I have just veg it about as long as I did the first one.

Thanks man. An I ended up with about 17g I think. Not much but it was some good bud.

This past one I had to kill because I let it veg way to long an once I flipped over to 12/12 it grew above the top of my case. It just wouldn't stop growing. But I really want mine up an running again so I think im'a just put another plant in it an veg for like a week then flip over.

ya man, flip them while they are much smaller than you think you need, they can stretch like crazy ,

Yea man for sure! Scored sum fans @ work the other night. Wish I could have brought the whole tower that was empty. Any how its a start! Here is a lil peak @ the tent with sum sunset sherb, blue dream, mango kush...blue dream a definite no for the micro! They grow like mad! Almost ready to flip her! Maybe another day or 2!

Hey dude would you mind heading over to my grow and giving me a few pointers? i'm really having a problem with temperatures right now. I'm sitting at 90 degrees. I have a 120mm out take fan and 2 80mm intake fans. I have a grill on bottom of the comp case, which should bring in air but i guess it's not. what would you suggest?

Hey dude what kind of fans were you using? I'm starting to think it's my exhaust.
