PC grow box light question

I just bought two cfl light and was wondering if they will work for the veg and flower stage in my PC grow box. After reading a lot of other posts this Is the closes thing I could find at Lowe's. Will these work and how many do I need?

Looks ok, cant tell about the 1st pic, only says 'bright white' is that 2700k or 5k.....

2700k will veg, but can make things stretchy, because of the tilt toward red output in light spectrum.....I use 5k in veg and in flower along with 3k or 2700k....

Thanks. The first picture with two cfl lights is 3500k with1600 lumen and second picture is 2700k with 2600 L.
