Maine just changed their law to accept patients from other states at dispensaries with a written form from your local doctor.

The form can be found on the Maine DOH website I believe.

Laws changed in Maine. They wont service MA patients. Ask the Dr for your money back. He should have been aware of this.

At this time all Maine Dispensaries have agreed not to serve out of State patients until the Attorney General for the State of Maine has ruled.. This is in the works at this time to set definitive rules for Visiting Patients, no Driving to Maine to get Meds and driving back home will be allowed....

My wife was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in December. She had her thyroid removed and some of her lymph-nodes were affected around the thyroid. Since the surgery she's been losing weight, can't sleep well, and isn't the same person she was before all this went down. Would she be a candidate for a card in MA? This is all new for us right now.

Thanks

I was just wondering about how someone like me who never goes to the doctors ( I have been one time in 15 years) so obviously I do not have any medical records of my pains and such. Closest I could prove is my hernia I have been dealing with for years because well I cannot afford the time away from work or my insurance copay to take care of it. So I guess to the basis of my question is there any hope for someone without prior medical records to be able to obtain there MMJ card.

I live in a suburb of boston about 15 min from the city. Ive been very interested in getting a medical marijuana card but when i looked at the qualifications it says i need to have a debilitating disease like glaucoma or hit. I dont have a disease like that but ever since i was in 6 or 7th grade i had to deal with depression which runs in my family ADHD and really bad anxiety. I had these conditions for a long time now and i cant begin to express how big of a difference i see when i medicate rather than taking 3 types of pills each day that dont even work. My big question is would it be possible for me to get a card with these conditions?

Ahoy mateys.. Many of my friends, blatant stoners, have gotten their cards in MA. They are all qualified caregivers and operate legally but you can qualify with ailments such as IBS, anXiety, depression, insomnia and even lack of appetite. It is glorious, pretty much say u cant sleep, pay 200 bucks, and your legal. Canacare docs of massachusett. I am going tmorrow, i will keep yal posted.
