My wife is a mm patient and needs to pass a urine test for a new job in an "unfreindly" state. They also test for nicotine in this test if that matters for what test they use. I am clean but am a male. If she uses my clean urine will they fail her because of that from a urine sample?

from personal experience I say it's ok. I've passed a couple of pre employment tests with my son's urine. Did the condom under my boobs and no problem. Last time was 5 yrs ago. The big but in all of this is how much $$ the employer spends for testing. The better the job the more extensive the test. The cheap ones use a dip strip to indicate pass/fail. just my opinion...

The first thing done after receiving the sample is measure the temperature. If not body temperature it’s considered “inconclusive” which every employer defines as dirty.

There is a woman on riu that posted a similar thread recently and she said she is planning to use her sons piss to pass a drug test and wanted to know how to keep it warm.
I told her that I once failed a drug test for having clean piss. It was at the pain clinic and when they tested me I didn't have any pain meds in my system.
So my doctor accused me of selling my pain meds. What really happened was that I took all the pills that were supposed to last a month in about two weeks time.
So I was out of meds and had none left to get it back in my system. So they cut me off and said I couldn't be seen anymore at that clinic.
They also sent a letter by registered mail saying that I should join a drug program. Anyway, my suggestion is that if you take any meds and you want to use someone else's piss.
Maybe have them take your meds like a day before the test. I know your circumstances are different then getting tested at a pain clinic. But if you declare that you take such and such medication.
Then traces of said meds might need to show up on the test.

Just make a quart of Golden Seal tea. Tell her to either hold her nose or put a bunch of sugar in it (tastes like shit).
Chuck that down and then wait to piss. Now leave for the test (after that nice piss) and chug down a big Monster on the way (you want about 20 min after you drink the Monster).
The Golden Seal kills the drug test and the Monster will replace the creatine that the GS lowers. (To fool the panel that checks for low creatine - Sign that you used a mask or a cleanse)
If this is a Gas chrome test......Works on that too. (they again, look for low creatine as an indicator of attempting to fool the test).
If it's just a 4-10 panel piss cup test....same thing, Easy pass.
