Parchment paper for rosin

What kind are people having the best success with?
So far I've tried
No name - kept ripping, plus lots of sweating
Reynolds- kept ripping and had sweating
Raw - didn't rip nearly as much but still on occasion also not much sweating on the second parchment, but its kinda pricey first place I saw it for $15 for 32 ft roll then found same roll for $7.99
Katbite - just got this stuff but did two presses with no tears and no sweating on the second parchment, this keeps up might be able to use just 1 parchment. This stuff says heavy duty too so it's a little thicker than regular parchment paper. This stuff was like $15-$20 for like 200 feet so a much better deal
Anyway thought I'd post my thoughts.
Anyone else find any good brands to use for pressing rosin?

I usually do 185 and I have a 6 ton dabpress.
What temps are you guys running?
What I mean by sweating is rosin on the backside of the parchment, it's obviously going to happen if your paper rips but sometimes you get a little even if it doesn't rip.
So far the heavy duty stuff has worked really well.

Hey just an idea as im yet to press, still waiting on my temp controller for my build. Has anyone tried those black teflon barbeque liners?

I'd imagine Oil Slick PTFE film would be perfect for rosin making, but I've never really looked into it.

What size bag are you using? It all sounds like too much pressure maybe to quick. Are you giving your material a few seconds to warm up?

Usually no bag, I squish into a puck then right before press give it a flaten again with my glass press so it's nice and flat on top and bottom.
Ya I let it warm up a bit before pressing

Your surface area should be the size of the bag you would use or the size of the nug. Not your plate size.

Not using a rosin bag is the primary cause of blowing out your parchment paper.
I think it's more about the surface area that is being pressed. I've pressed just flower without any ripping.

A 2" x 4" surface with 6 tons is about 1,500 psi

2" x 2" nug 3,000 psi

I have also pressed without bags and not had blowouts as well, but using bags and a pre-press do make a huge difference, especially if you are pressing 20+grams at once.
