Hey guys,
A friend just got some seeds from another friend, he claims they are panama red seeds. Whats the odds of this being true?

Last i checked panama red seeds were imppossible to get.

Any body know anything about it or if you can get the strain anymore?

Thanks,

Ok, little update!
So after coming up short handed last night on my information search for panama red genes, i got pissed and felt ripped off by a liar. Called the guy that gave me the seeds and then I talked to the guy the panama seeds came from, hes been growing 30 years, so there is a chance these are legit. Supposedly, he has been growing it, and only does it for personal stash and some friends.
I guess ill just have to gow them and see...huh!

Anybody got any picsc of this stuff so i know what to expect or look for in this mission?

Excellent.

I suspect that when we speak of 'lost' strains, they are not really lost at all - just hiding.

A popular and famous strain like Red is not simply going to up and disappear. Somebody is keeping it alive. In Panama if nowhere else. LOL!

Best of luck and keep us posted. I hope it is the real deal.

well i cant argue with the audience..lol!!

Germed two beans and both were a success, they went into one soil cup and one HEMPY cup last night.
Two days in the paper towel produced 1 inch taps from the seed that wouldn't stop growing .

This may be a slow journal to get rolling, see current grow journal, got a crop about to come down in a week or two, and am focused on that right now. But ill keep ya posted as she sprouts into veg. :weed:

If this is the real deal you should make some seeds.
Give the strain a comeback.

Well i had 19 seeds and started 2, im gonna mother out the best of the two, and pray it never dies, then mass produce those beans.

Great, glad to have ya hear guys!
