oxygen extraction??

Ok so basically I would like to see what people know about oxygen extraction and/or how to make it? Can I use the same set up I have for making bho to make oxygen oil? And can I purge with the same method? Vac and all?

Please any info is always helpful

Since oxygen degrades oil, and makes an explosive mixture with it, I suspect that oxygen oil and unicorns share at least one common trait.

Just followed the link in your profile to some very interesting and highly relevant discussion on the dangers of oil extraction.

It didn't take hearing about someone blowing up their house for me to decide that BHO extraction has no place in my home. Common sense was plenty!

Reading the newspaper articles about people blowing themselves and their dwellings up is entertaining, but it's also terribly sad. I'm in this to help people feel better and manage their pain, I hate to see shit like this happen.

I won't give trim to anyone unless they can show me it will be processed in a safe manner, in an approved facility, by someone who knows WTF they're doing. This even goes for bubble bags, although the safety standards are lower, lol

@Fadedawg I only ask because i recently smoked some oxygen oil with a friend who's a big time grower and he's hella smart and has a lot of legit good contacts.
The oil was yellow/blonde and was kinda like crystal honey. Tasted and looked good. I asked him about it and that's what he told me it was. Said the guy that makes it has a set up to process it. Figured I'd asked my rui buddies lol thank you fadedawg... But are you sure there's no way it can be done? No offence, I just trust my friend. I dont believe he'd lie to me, and he's not a seller of oil... Thank you buddy

Is there any chance the guy making concentrates for your trusted friend, doesn't want folks, including your friend, to know how he is really making it?

I think it could be done using super critical extraction, it is just that I don't think anyone is, because of the issues I mentioned.

Aromatic hydrocarbons and pure oxygen would self detonate under enough pressure and be super flammable at atmospheric pressure. That is why oxygen service equipment can't have any lubricant on it.

Yep. Every tech in an old folks home knows it, too- the warning labels are everywhere on oxygen tanks.

Somehow I bet it is CO2 oil, not O2 oil...

Somehow I think your right. I believe there's a possibility that it's CO2 oil. I trust my friend not to lie to me, but I dont know anything about the guy he knows that makes it, so he could have been lied to and its really CO2 oil.
It sounds like its way to much work and risk of explosion for someone to actually do it. But if it is indead possible, there is the chance that it is O2 oil. Someone out there is bound to try it or might already be making some. But I trust @Fadedawg's opinion. So it is most likely CO2 oil.

O2 is corrosive. Yeah, my quote got fucked. O2 could help with decarb. but it will most likely degrade your product. That's why meds are kept in sealed containers. O2, UV, radiation... all things that will degrade molecular integrity.
