Overthinking it - again

I want to ease in to this forum a little better than another, similar weed related forum, I was on recently, that I made a complete mess of. I can not even really tell "where" the best place is to start/post on RIU. Seems like a few possibilities ??? - does it really matter which sub? or just hit "Post thread" anywhere in whatever sub? Is it okay (encouraged? discouraged?) to post similar in multiple areas? Kinda new to forums, in general, so apologies now, but TIA!

It’s not a huge deal, but post only once for an issue not multiple times. There’s a section for plant problems, another for grow room set up, pretty much one for everything. At least attempt to post in the proper place and no one will care, a mod may move it for you if it’s way off. If your posting politics in the plant problems forum your just intentionally stirring the pot and people will let you know.

Do some searching of the site. You’ll get to know where everything already is before deciding to start a new thread, unless it’s a situation unique to your plants that hasn’t been covered once or twice. Some posts may be old.. but the answers may be in there for you already.
Welcome to RIU!

If you click the Rollitup logo on the top left you’ll see all the categories. Much more inside each. I’m still learning from posts 15 years old. Some old tricks are still solid. Lots of new stuff to grasp onto as well.
