Looking good Xpoc, any signs of flowering yet?
Thanks burner,
I don't think they are flowering yet. Just a few pistils from showing sex.
They grow so fast I wont know if they are in stretch. I think they more than doubled in size in the last 2 weeks.
The last couple feeds they had maxsea, and I will feed them again today.

It's that time of the year again and I am curious to see what varieties you outdoor growers in the northeast have lined up for this year's grow.

As for me, I'm going with "AMS" from GH, "Jack Herer" from GH, "Church" another from GH and Critical Plus from Ripper Seeds.

AMS is an old standby, that I grow outdoors every year up here, and it usually does very well. Ripper Seeds are still new kids on the block, but they have made a very good name for themselves in Spain as well as Europe and have some very good genetics they work with. It should be fun !

So, What varieties do you outdoor growers in the northeast have on tap for this year ??
im starting soon and dont know what strain to start out with...hmm so many good choices my favs are indica love the body high

I'm liking my FCJ too. She's kinda short,(4 feet) but she's going to make a lot of buds. My favorite is a toss up between her, and Crazy Miss Hyde. My CMH may be just starting to stretch...when I seen her today I just got that feeling. lol Her, and the the Blueberry Headband are both 5 feet. I think all my plants will be starting stretch within a week.

This is "Church" my #1 outdoor plant for this year. She's 2 weeks into flower and about 7 foot tall.
Your plants are looking great everyone. It's been a good month and I hope August is another good one as well.
We've had over two inches of rain here in the past two days. I Won't need to water anytime soon.
Wow! Foothills those ladies are huge:clap:
Beautiful plants man. If my plants were that big, I would have to get help. lol

Looking good! I lost 5 of my 8 plants to slugs early on, I have two white Domina's and one Mataro Blue still going. Worst year ever for slugs - found a couple of plants right on the ground being chewed to death! Used Scott's organic stuff - sluggo - seemed to bring them under control over a few weeks. They are not as big as some of these monsters but a couple are almost 4 feet . Mat Blue has been growing about 2.5cm/1inch a day for the last few weeks which is pretty good for here. Finished a combo CfL/ outdoor grow where I finished a White Domina and a Think Different outside after starting and growing inside on CFL's. The TD was disappointing. I pulled her a little late but the smoke is average at best. the White Domina was pretty good smoke with a ton of resin and very little trimming to do. Got about 1.5 oz from TD and 3 oz from WD. Let's hope August is good month with lots of sun and not so much humidity.

Jeez man, sorry to hear you lost five of your plants. Lots of people posting that they are having the worst year ever for slugs! I hope your White Domina's, and Mataro Blue finish up nice for you.
I lost two small plants to rabbits because I waited till the next day to put the fence around them. lol

Here's a few pics of my plants
