Outdoor MK-Ultra - seems to early to harvest, but it's going to start raining...?

So i've been growing this beauty since about March in San Francisco. It's lookin good to me, but seems to be budding pretty slow. It is growing out of my window in between my building and the house next to mine. Summer is leaving and its getting less and less sunny. It does get sunshine, but there's a large avocado tree that blocks most of the sunshine. Anyways, last week it went through a couple days of rain. I did a little research and it seems to me that it should survive... there is no signs of mold and it still smells and looks dank & is still very sticky. I stopped giving it nutes about a week and a half ago. There are definitely good looking buds forming but to me it just looks as though they could use a little more time... This is my first time growing, so i don't have any experience in the situation i'm in.

The problem is, its going to be raining tomorrow for possibly about 4 days (here's the weather report! http://www.wunderground.com/US/CA/San_Francisco.html). I've heard you can put a trash bag over the plant (before it gets wet) to avoid moisture and potential mold. But i'm just not sure if that kind of setup will work for 4 days of consistent rain. I'm debating whether to bite the bullet and start harvesting what i have now... Its a large plant and may produce 1-2 oz.

i may be able to post some more pics, at different angles if it's hard to assess it's maturity...

Well, I haven't grown a sativa like that yet, but it looks a long way from being ready. I say let it get wet. The humidity that accumulates under the trash bag (over four days) will be like a protected house for mold. Not to mention the severe stress it would go through without light. Have you quick dried any yet?
