Out of state prescription

Does anyone know how it would work if a person from a zero tolerance state went to cali and got a prescription? Just curious as to the implications that would arise when that person went back to their state with that prescription.

you have to be a citizen of the state to get a card. the card is only valid in that state and isn't recognized by others.

Gotcha. Thx

However, a prescription for xanax is transferrable across state lines? My my, the world we live in.

Not true...the state I live in will recognize other states cards......just a bitch to get them ourselves.....The thing is, it's not a prescription here, the Doc signs off a form that says it has more medical value for you than harm.......get that signed, file with the state, and then you are on your own...
