Out of State grow questions

Hey ya'll, long time lurker first time poster. I did a search for this topic and couldn't really find anything, which surprised me. I am a Texas resident and hold a Texas DL but I also own a home in Colorado. I was curious if I was still allowed to have a legal recreational grow in my CO home even though I'm technically a resident of another state. I have no plans to cross state lines with anything and will honestly be for PC. The only reason I don't hold a CO license is I do spend most of my time in TX and in this small town the police keep an eye on who comes and goes. I had the biggest fight with local POs because for a long time I kept my ID license to avoid out of state fees for hunting/fishing when I returned during season. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank ya'll!

your land in your legal name ........100% ok
just need to comply to the local laws about it ......never export any back to your home in TX (if u do both pieces of land are gone and u are looking at federal charges along with some time in a TX prison first )

if u own the land in both places and have bills for both places sent to both places and u pay for it all out of one account .....your good your a dual ( next time u are in CO apply and get a drivers ID take in your birth cert 3 bills for where u live 2 different kinds and 1 that is the same just month apart ....might need SS card)

but from what i understand if u spend like 3 months in CO u should have a CO drivers id ..........so if u split the time between the place u should have a drivers ID for both just use the tx one in tx and co in co ......and u should be 100% ok

double check with the driver id ppl but that is the way i understand it .........it could open u up to 2 state taxes needing to be filed (check with a accountant/lawyer on this )
