Help a Sick Brother Out :bigjoint:

Headed outdoors with a medical card. Should I go in ground - maybe square of a portion of the back yard, dig up a square of the lawn, til a bit, add some foxfarm (or will it invite pd go pests and the like due to the overtly ingredients) and use clones. Or do you think going the container route? The late april plant date may incounter a few 100 degree days come june and or july. Any and all input would be cool. In door was fun, but I want larger yields. I wonder if I can get a year of personnel growth in 6 plants of high quality? We smoke an oz or 1.5 oz per month of semi decent stuff. Quality will cut that amount down :bigjoint: and thus any strain recommendations? Any cannibis medical clubs in central California, el dorado county, placer, Sacramento counties have quality clones? I hear chatter about poor clones due to bad genetics al through Oakland - or would you say that's just someone wanting to know more then they really do?

Peace !:leaf:

Containers or raised beds. I use 15 gallon pots and grow trees. 6 plants in 15 gallon pots and even if three turn out to be male, you should reach your goal easy.

with 6 plants (hydro/aero/fogo/soil) you should be more than able to get 1.5 oz a month. It's just a matter of how much time and money you want to spend. Just planting the clones (after rooting) in some good soil would work, or you could get crazy and build a E&F system in to the ground inside a greenhouse. Either way, you're going to get way more than you need, unless you're doing something horribly wrong.

I would start them in pots, early, like march or even feb, then transplant in huge holes filled with good soil(foxfarms isnt a gimmick that shit works!) around may...

You can go either way. Very large containers can easily provide enough soil, but the roots of an in the ground grow will stay cooler.

outdoor growing is a long process and a long wait, but you will definitely have a years worth of smoke if you know what your doing, if you grow six monsters, you can easily grow 6 pounds or more...to put in perspective, thats 96 oz! lol....but growing outdoor monsters generally is a 8-10 month process. and that example is based on if your getting a pound per plant, if you grow them even bigger(bigger hole), you can get more than 1 lb per plant, you can get multiple pounds per plant.

But don't you sacrifice quality for quality at all? All the high end medicine appears to yield less then the mass commercial?

I dont really understand what your asking...we aren't talking about growing hundreds of plants with little care, we're talkin about growing a reasonable amount of monster sized plants with a lot of care... if its sensimilla(all females) and good genetics it will be dank and very high end medicine, you just have to try to keep bugs and pests under control, thats pretty much what can ruin an outdoor crop.
