original strain breeder

How do i find out who is the original breeder of a strain? I'd like to no who was the first to make white widow,super silver haze,blueberry,nl,nl5,and so on.. I find it interesting that so companys copy strains like this. So i'd like to no who really should be credited for these strains,and who does it the best.

I'd say just find a book on strain (i use the Big Book of buds by Ed Rosenthal) U can look at seed banks like drchronic.com but it won't tell u if they are the original breeder or not, but i no bluebery is dj shorts, ss haze is debated but i think its mr. nice (maybe greenhouse) nl is sensi and white widow i think is dutch passion. but sometimes it can be hard to tell who started with it and who has the "true" version

you stand correct shanti is the original white widow breeder and most of the GHS winning cannabis cup strains.

sensi seeds most of the mums and dad plants are Nevilles he had the what was called "The original seed bank" started in the 1980s in holland he then sold that and his mothers to ben dronkers know known as sensi seeds.

shantibaba and Nevile and the dick head who goes by the name of arjan all had shares in greenhouse seeds shanti and Nev sold up to arjan and set up on there own.

i think Nev as semi retired although he and Shanti are still close freinds and work on some things from time to time from what i hear from shanti.

wow that was a warehouse! sick grow rooms. I feel the general consenses is that Arjan is a dick head. Why does he have such a bad name.
