7g smart pot scrog
Unknown strain but indica/hybrid
150w HPS
6 cfl of diff watts
3 fans
Exhale bag co2
I use a friends organic tea recipe
1 gal water
1 tsp each mexi/jam guano
1 tsp molasses
1 tsp kelp meal
1/4 cup worm casting.
Used with a 10g air stone pump from Walmart. 13 bucks.

My questions are
1 how do i know if my water is chloranated I have well water and live in the sticks.
2 do I have to let water sit before adding ingredients for tea I have a air stone pump
3 should I strain out the tea before adding it to the plant.
4 am I missing anything super important.

If you are on well water it is not chlorinated, although I've never thought chlorine caused problems unless your water has amounts that would not be healthy for humans. You don't need to have it set before using. Do you have a water softener on your well system? If so I wouldn't use it due to high sodium content. You can strain the tea, feed the plants, then add water to the bucket again to make more tea for another round. Reverse osmosis systems are fairly inexpensive and makes water problems a thing of the past. I just installed one. It cost 70.00 on ebay. You didn't say what soil/medium you are using. Watch out for over watering.

I'm using happy frog everything I use is in the first pic. I have no idea what's in my well water BC I don't maintain it my land lord does. But my soil is simple just happy frog with a hand full of worm casting and kelp meal on the top 2in of soil. 7 gallon smart pot that gets watered about every 5 to 6 days put about a gallon of tea through it. Today is my first time using an air stone to make my tea u used to just mix it in and pour into the girl.

I like the Happy Frog. It has worked well for me. I add extra perlite for better drainage and I really crumble it up well and evenly moisten before potting because it has a tendency to clump. I would consider investing in an RO system if you intend to grow on a regular basis. If not, you need to either have the water tested or invest in an inexpensive ph and tds meter, both available on Amazon. Sounds like a good plan otherwise. The tea makes a good foliar feed also.

I installed mine under the sink. It connects to your water supply and filter the water thru anywhere from 3 to 5 filters This is similar to the one that I have:ro filter.JPG

Try for the advise I can't afford that now but next grow its deff something I will look into BC I'm 100% organic execpt for my ph up the only thing I'm not happy with
You shouldn't add pH up or down to your water. Your happy frog soil comes prelimed and will balance out your pH for you. And the pH up and down could be hurting your nutrient uptake.

it really sounds like you're on your way.you're keeping your ingredient list down and you're not trying to make too much tea at once.I started with 2.5 gallon brews with an aquarium pump but no more h20 than that.I had two 6"(?) stones on the bottom of the bucket but also had two of the little bubbler stones on a line right in the tea bag.just to agitate the ewc more.you want a lot of movement in your tea.you probably know that just a thought.
Also I was like you,I worried about my ph and tried adjusting it.it seemed to make things worse.it's organics, tea is supposed to correct soil imbalances so I stopped fucking with that.no problems afterwards.what is your well ph?

there's a lot of different opinions on adjusting ph and teas, some say do it.I'm just saying what has worked for me.not adjusting.I also used happy frog in my mix.loved it

With the power of Google you can always find a local water tester and send them a sample. Unbeknownst to your landlord. But odds are you're alright. But if you're gonna be living there a while it might be something you wanna throw on the back burner to get checked out when you've got some extra cash. It's the kind of thing that might not show effect on your plants at first but could build up in your soil over time if you recycle soil (which you should)... But say you couldn't afford the filter but needed it...there are ways around it. Leaving your soil out in the rain a few times to rinse out the crap will do.

I never heard of reusing my soil my next grow im getting a 2x4 gorrila tent and 600 hps set my plan is to do 4 auto flowers while 4 reg fem stay in veg. Harvest at three months and swap my 4 females into a scrog and flower then. And repeat roughly every 5-6 months. This is only my second grow first wasn't a disaster but I deff fucked up didn't veg or flower long enough and had no where near enough light.not to mention had no idea how to feed or do pH literally I waterd and that's it. I'll show pics from my first. All bag seeds and had no idea what I was doing.
