Hey guys, haven't been around in a while, but just baked some amazing brownies and i had to share. Recipe came from one of my girfriend's co-workers (not a MJ user, so, just swapped regular butter for some really potent cannabutter and adjusted heat and bake time).

will put the original process in brackets for those who may want to try without a high.

Ingredients:

- 200g/just over 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup Cannabutter (Original: regular ole butter)

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

To make:

- Preheat oven to 225F (Original: 350F)

- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the crushed oreos and butter. mix it well but try to leave a few decent sized pieces of cookie for nice looking brownies,

- Press this cookie and butter mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan, making a mostly even layer. set aside for the moment.

- In a small to medium pot, heat condensed milk on MIN or very close to it. DO NOT BOIL!!!! add chocolate chips and mix until they have melted and thoroughly mixed. Now pour this evenly on the base you made with the oreos and butter.

- Bake for 30-35 mins (Original: 17-20 mins)

- Enjoy :)

Get pretty jacked off this stuff? BTW I did have a quick question for you. Having the heat at 225 decarbs the THCA into THC right? I don't need to decarb before throwing the trim or bud in with the butter correct?

If my stomach got erections, it would have one now... FUCK ME SIDEWAYS. How much dank u toss in to that half cup worth of butter subtracted from any larger portion you may have originally mixed, and if you could share potency as well as your personal smoke tolerance, so i can kinda try not to fuck the pooch lol.

depends on how long you make the butter for.... if it's a short (1hour) I would pre decarb otherwise it will do it over the cook time

I did decarb, can't remember the specifics of the decarb process I used.. wish I did, this batchbof brownies medicated better than any other edibles I've made. Not 100% sure on amounts either lol I just tossed all the trim I got off a decen little 3' master kush. If I had to guess I would say I used about 20-25 grams of trim and lower bud and I made 1/2 lb of butter with it, simmering for about 2.5-3 hours. One brownie was enough for a nice night lol

Yum. This sounds amazing. Too good actually. I have no self control for sweets, so I'll probably eat 4 brownies, and end up talking to my hand for the rest of the night.

Sound like an amazing recipe, I should give this to some of my friends without telling them about the secret ingredient ;]

One problem with this recipe that I encountered: When I used cannabutter, and cooked it at the low temperature, the fudge topping did not melt into the oreo crust, and thus the crust did not 'glom' together. It was really crumbly, and could not be removed from the pan without disintegrating. It was still awesome, and I just threw it on the top of my icecream. Yummmmm...

Next time, I'll cook it like I do my regular MJ brownies, 325 for 30-40-45 minutes. I've never had my MJ infused food become weaker due to high cooking temps, so it should be fine.

yea i made this last night and had a similar result. the butter seems to be holding the bottom layer together mostly. I think i need to crush my cookies more next time :P Also, when i was spreading the topping around before going into the over it was pulling up from the bottom so be careful spreading it.

High Silly String :) I bake all my cookies at 375f for 13 minutes and they are def not degraded. Some things I cook at 350 for an hour also.

Thanks Fumble.
I'd say that the original cooking times and temperature would make these brownies work better, even using cannbudder. I did two batches -- one with regular butter at the high temp, and then the weed butter ones, low temps longer cook time. High temp/short cook time = awesome brownies, no disinegration of crust.

They really are good though. Glad I cooked some with regular butter, as I did, indeed, eat a lot of them!

Haha! good thing you made the two batches then. It is easy to forget the medicated ones are medicated and eat too much. I have learned a lesson or two in that lol.

It's nice to do the side by side comparisons too. Good idea :)

Thanks for the info regarding temps, going to be making these again this weekend hopefully, so will try with higher temps this time
