Oregon - November

Hello everybody,

So Oregon did get enough petitions to place legalization on the Nov ballot, as we all know. This has happened before (2012 most recently.) Will this transform into the legalization/regulation of Cannabis or is it not the right time? Also, if it is legalized in OR when will it be recreationally regulated do you think? 2016?

Have a good one.
