I mean some breeders it depends on the strain, hit or miss with most.

Alphakronik, archive, bay exclusive, big worm, cannarado, compound, crocket, humboldt, ccs, dirt farmer, docs dank, dvg, dynasty, in house, jaws, jinxproof, motorebel, sin city, symbiotic, top dawg

my personal experience- dynasty is good, dvg, in house depending on strain, sin city also depending. Seen good things on here from big worm and docs

Those "old stock" Chem Cookies from Mamiko must be really old. This I verified with the breeder.

I popped a pack of 12 and only had 6 pop in the first 10 days and a 7th on day 12.
I typically have close to 100% germination rates, so I doubt I screwed anything up.
The 7th seed to pop is a serious runt and some of the other seedlings have bizarre traits like 2 tops without topping and deformed leaf shape.

This is my first real cookie adventure, so I'm hoping for the best, but there is definitely some genetic anomalies contained in these beans.

Maybe they will be super fire, fingers crossed!

i supply what info I'm given
I definitely wasn't trying to bash you @OregonEliteSeeds i think you do a fine job and will continue to use your service. I know some of your strains used to have information that may have gotten lost in the site switch over. It just makes it easier for me to pull the trigger when I know what I'm buying. Keep up the good work!

Iirc they r limited in info on strains as the legality of seed sales is still illegal, so the less description the better .
This is also y credit cards r such a issue & PayPal rejecting any kind of weed business cash to flow thru them .that y some retailers that still cc r offshore processing & there for more expensive to use . That's how it was explanaded after i asked numerous vendors

The only information I specifically was looking for was a F x M naming of the parents used. Any other information can be taken with a grain of salt as there are so many factors involved.

Why not bash the guy? It's his decision to sell seeds with little to no info. Nothing stops him from saying "Yo dawg, if you don't supply any pictures or descriptions my customers are going to suspect nobody has ever grown these seeds before." or "I'm sorry but I can't sell seeds without good descriptions and pictures, my customers will get frustrated and buy seeds from somebody else."

Why should he be arsed when he knows you'll buy them anyway? Apparently, we're still at the stage of the game where just having the seeds and getting them to you is enough.

The legality excuse for not providing descriptions is laughable. It's right up there with thinking cops have to tell you they are cops if you ask them.

I think OES does a fine job in their descriptions and sometimes the lesser known or unpopular crosses don't get the full love they deserve, but all of the seed banks are guilty of this.
The information is usually readily available to anyone who is serious about growing and to those newbs that don't know what is what for sale, would probably not know what was what anyhow, even if it was presented to them.

where is the In House info? I have searched the web and I cannot find a site for them. So there is no way to know WTF their crosses are. If you say IG, fuck IG. I take a moral stance against social media.
So I am supposed to order a strain blind without knowing the lineage based on a name that has no direct link to the parents most of the time? No thanks.
I know most of the breeders have their info somewhere online, but put the work in and get the info on your site. Or pay someone else to do it Toby seriously. It will be worth every penny.
Im sure you can get someone to do that research and data entry cheap....

Mamiko said theres about a 70% germ ratio there from 2014 same stock GMO was found in so yes you have a opportunity for fire
