Oregon Elite Seeds -- My first time using them.

Hello all! So i just received (Tuesday) my first order from Oregon Elite Seeds! Thought id do a quick review. So i ordered some seeds from them several weeks back. Double Grape by Mephisto Genetics. Im super happy that he carries this breeder and hopes he continues to do so in the future! The seeds were decently priced, better then the last seed bank i used (but i had to mail money over there so the prices "evened" out to be the same). The only downside (for me anyway) was that i had to mail my money out there, instead of using debit/credit card. Im kinda paranoid of sending cash via the mail, but maybe that will get better over time, since it was my first time doing so. The seeds came in within a week of him getting my money...it would of came in earlier, if it wasn't a holiday. Communication...I tried to email him several times but never got a response, but i didnt realize he was a "one man" operation and i understand that its hard to do everything yourself, so its no big deal (as long as i get my seeds xD). He made a good first impression. Good job Oregon Elite Seeds!

Good to hear everthing was good. Knew it would be. Next time, if your on the fence about sending cash(i certainly would be lol) send a money order made out to Oregon Elite Industries. Def better than straight cash. That way if it gets snagged it cant be cashed and if you have the stub you get your money back. Just a thought for ya. Its what i do with non card banks. Although some want you to send it completely blank, and that shit is sketchy as well. Good luck on your run..Mephisto is the man when it comes to autos for sure!

I concur, I've had great luck with OES, fast replacements for bad beans, and though I believe he's a one-man operation, he tries to stay on top of the biz, maybe not always successful in getting back to your emails, but that's the only negative, if you can even call it that.

I do agree that I get sketchy when sending cash or even m.o.'s, although most of my stress is just due to my own impatience, cuz I want those beans in mah hands NOW dang it, lol.

I hope he can figure a way to set up a gift card purchase with your credit card, like through Amazon which works out pretty fast (like another seed bank across the pond does) or start taking Bitcoins, lol, idk.

i had a good experience with OES as well, i just called in my order and paid with my card went smoothly.

cool I always think about using that option but it takes 7 days to process, calling in my debit card takes 3 days to process
just got another order from OES today! got the Doc's Dank Seeds freebie, but somebody slipped up on the Oni Seeds White OG x GMO freebies, called'em up and their gonna send them out (actually got to pick some white og x strawberry og instead)

How long does it take to do inventory?....site has been down since Saturday. The only other bank that has what you had (listed at 3 packs in inventory) is Attitude.

Unfortunately, 10 of the 15 seeds I ordered were damaged during shipping and 3 attempts at contacting customer service have all been ignored. I really wanted to like this company- they do carry genetics from many top-notch breeders. The seeds I ordered were over $10 apiece. Plus shipping. I’m sure that if everything goes right, then OES can be great, but If anything goes wrong, you will be ignored. I would have ordered directly from the breeder but they don’t ship to my country. I can only assume that the 10 seeds that were damaged were also old or something. Who knows. They got me for over $100 though so buyer beware.

They have the worst communication in the game and when you do finally get ahold of them they’re real short and make it seem like your inconviencing them. That being said, I do still occasionally use them but I know it’s a risk. I have two orders im waiting on currently.

At least one of my ‘feminized” seeds from OES was a MALE - not hermed - but MALE. Not too mad about the $, but the time wasted pisses me off. At least the other two I planted were female.
