Ordering Seeds? BEWARE!!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think it is very important for ANYONE who orders seeds to visit this link:

I would like you guys to take some time out of your life... just a little time, because you could be saving yourself a LOT of time - read this thread from another forum. I would STRONGLY urge people to think twice about ordering seeds because it could lead to your demise!

P.S. You want to focus on Serenity1 - he is the unfortunate one in this story.

How else are you suppposed to get that kind if quality and variety of genetics? I am 3 for 3 now and plan on ordering again in the future...

Thats a massive thread but i read the thing,can anybody else show me anywhere in the thread where the guy offers proof that buying from the seedbank is what brought him down cause i aint seeing it.

All i saw was where he said & i quote "i strongly suspect that buying seeds is what brought me down".

A world of difference between i strongly suspect to where were at now on RIU with "Ordering seeds BEWARE."

he said in there that at court they sumiited to evidence that customs sent them notification but seems a little odd to me that they would go through all the effort cus he said that the seeds didnt even go to his house and so they musta been watching him so even if everything he says is true they had to have had another tip is local cops really going to follow a guy all the time for just one order of seeds i think not as long as we are smart there is no need to worry about ordering seeds

Well, the guy was on parole already it seems. I mena no offense to anyone, but you probly shouldnt be growing if your already on parole. I could be wrong but doesnt it allow the cops to search you with out a warrant or some crap?

Anyways I'm still reading the thread, hope it ends well.

yeah but when you do get seeds. its not smart to grow in the same place. if his grow was some were differnt he wouldnt be in trouble.

Yeah, I'm going to start relying on local seeds mostly if at all able. Friends with med cards are huge help...

just take a trip to cali and got to your local head shop thank god I live in a country were the leader is not a gun toating nutjob that has fucked everything up for at least the next four years untill some one clean the mess up

but thats the risk you take for growin if you get a letter clean house get rid of any thing and move to some were that wont hang you for growing a plant that god put on this earth where the hell does teh government think morphone and shit comes from plants you dip shits

also its like common knowledge that if then get your seeds there gonna start pokin there noses

well for alot of us seeds are the only option because we cant go buy clones at the shop down the road and we dont live in canada where seeds are readily available. So this is what ill say, dont order them unless you have to. Order once and keep a mother plant so that you can do away with that aspect of the process so then you have one less thing to worry about.

How hard is it to pollinate a female. That's what i did this summer and now im sitting on close to 300-400 beans And it's pretty decent weed too. Just a thought.

Well the fucker was on parole right??? Who the fuck orders seeds when your on parole??? You know your being watched..Dumb fuck..That doesnt mean the rest of us should beware as you say. I have ordered many times and have a nice stock now and never had a problem with customs or who ever. I been a member here on R.I.U. since 07 and have never heard where odering seeds lead to a bust. I would imaging some douch bag ordering 100 or more seeds would command attention but the average grower like me will ordor 20 or less and be fine.

SAVE ALL YOUR SEEDS....THE goverment is trying to eliminate the plant...

My intentions for posting this thread are pure... I don't want to discourage ANYONE from growing, but I don't want anyone to be foolish and place themselves in danger, carelessly it seems, as the victim in this case. My advice to people who are cocky about the whole deal is that I can't give you any advice because you are obviously in need of none.

Can you get White Widow and NL at these head shops? How are they able to sell seeds in California to the public? Wouldn't you need a medical marijuana i.d?

And has been trying to do so for decades and failing spectacularly.

What caught my eye in the referenced thread was a post regarding organic X-Ray scanners used in Australia. Even so, scanning every international parcel would be time consuming and inefficient.

I, too, have my doubts about the reasons why the dude was caught. He's a parolee. And there are a myriad number of reasons why a grow can be compromised. His notion that it is directly related to a previous confiscation is not supported by anything more compelling than his suspicion.

My guess: He was done in by the leading factor pertaining to cultivation arrests - An informant ratted him out.

Went to court..... also finally go to read the discovery... Said on July 1st a Confindential Informant notified Hi Po i was growing... So thru the whole court hearing I was thinking of might of snitched on me.... In the Last moments of court the Pros. Atty stood up and said " Your honor Customs contacted Hi Po about seeds ordered from the United Kingdom" Just as i thought all along Mother fu#ker...... DONT EVER ORDER SEEDS IN YOUR NAME OR TO ANYONE YOU KNOW AND HANG OUT WITH ON REG BASIS and I dont want to see one more post of how getting seeds nabbed is harmless and nothing comes of it. 5 to 15 comes of it. Same thing happen to the person in the post I linked. Honestly, I could care less whether people feel they should heed the warning or not. It is your life, and hopefully the reward is worth the risk.

If it were me, I would err on the side of caution. But, we have some bold folks on these forums...so carry on
