Opinions on setup for cabinet grow.

Ok, so I finally got the grow box/cab basically finished. Just missing the 120mm fans im ordering online sometime this week. As of now my light setup consists of two (2) 14 watt and one (1) 68 watt CFL. Is this ok for a cabinet that is 24" wide, 31.5" tall and 18" deep?

This is what I am using for the cabinet but without the sink top. I just closed that hole and the back one with some plywood.

For the cooling system, I have an 80mm case fan and I am ordering two (2) 120mm fans. Still unsure of which ones to use for intake and which ones to use for outtake. Feel free to comment on that too. Just looking for some opinions from those who know more than I do about this shit.

maybe find a couple 26 watt bulbs to replace the 14s?

That is the plan. But will this get me at least through at least the first 1-2 weeks? I have shelves to put the plants as close to the lights as possible.
