Opinions on 3 week old plants

PH helps a lot if it's off... but, if you're already close then it won't help much. Keeping it correct certainly won't hurt and for the price of a meter it's worth it.

Really anything from 24/0 to 16/8 maybe even 15/9 can be used to vegetate. Personally, I think about 18 to 19 hours is the best bang for your buck electricity wise but I don't do many indicas. I'd just flip that red one with the rest and hope for the best. Interesting setup you have there. Am i seeing correctly there are CFLs mounted directly under the flourescent bulbs? Aren't the CFLs blocking the light from the tubes? Any idea what you are getting for lux in the upper canopy? I assume you know about changing light bulbs as well as light schedules when flipping to flower?

I know to change to 12/12 , yea that's 4 cfls block one section of a bulb. There's 4 t8 total. What should I change my bulbs to? Am d do in stop all nutrients and should I just flip them now or any more veg time?

They could be flipped later or now. Stop the nitrogen but up the phosphorus. The bulbs should have different spectrums of light for flower too. Switch from a 6500°k during veg to a 2700°k at flower.
