Reminds me of my first grow, I had a Super Lemon Haze on the side of the house. Everything was good until she started stretching at 4'-4'6", and didn't stop until she'd hit 8'. Luckily I don't think my neighbors knew what it was, because it was growing right over their fence. Oops.
Ive had to scrog and lst this one a bit its been a real labour of love ..
Not long now

When I send cash across the sea {the big one} it takes two weeks to get there, then I have to wait about that long for the beans to get back. It is hard to wait.

But I just found a seed I was waiting on even longer. I collected pollen from my prized CPDA male twice. Got caught in a downpour with said pollen twice. Was afraid none of it would take. Well I just found a CPDA {chicken pen deer ate} X BP {berry patch} seed when going through some of last year's smoke. I know one isn't a lot, but there were only 3 of the BP seeds made in '16, 1 of which has been popped. I still haven't gone through all of last year's BP, so I may have more.

I think I also saw a couple of seeds in the big bag of CPDA shake. If so, that is CPDA X CPDA. The male and female were in a trench together, so under most conditions the bud would be full of seed. But we had so much rain in August, pollination was a bitch. So far I haven't shelled out any seeds from the bud. But then I haven't really started smoking on that yet. Since Spring is here, I'm trying to get most of my seeds together and labeled. It's a pain in the ass. After two or three hours in my camp chair, my ass hurts like hell.
Hope to be making some crosses of my own this year glad to here about the cpda x Bp don't know if your shootin for male or female but hope it pops what you want

The CPDA and BP plants were my best smoke in '16. One of my main goals last year was to cross them. Until today I had thought that hadn't happened. So I'm glad I got at least one seed. Since then I have got my hands on a lot better strains, but I still plan on working with the Jack Carlos Cross, the parent strain of all the GV1's. 2's and 3's, the CP1, CPDA and CP2R3, Slo2, Slo3 and the BP.

A little update. I have some happy babies enjoying the sunlight. Everything took except for one Breeder's Boutique DOG, as can be seen in the top left corner, she's been replanted with a new seed. Now we wait...Got a long time to go.

I foresee a full greenhouse in your future. Those are some dank strains. Should be a great year.
I'm cutting back to three in the greenhouse this year,my knees are still sore from crawling on the ground to water.I went to the harvest BBQ and TMB gave me some seeds and he explained his method of growing and this is how i think he explained to Haily & I how to set up our little backyard gorilla grow.we tore the roof off of our chicken coop and have a 12 by 24 growing area out of sight and out of the wind. we have 3 4by4 raised beds that grow up threw a few screens.I would like to keep these 8ft. tall so ill be busy tucking these under the screen.

That looks nice. Should be easier to handle. In '16 my best plants were in the Chicken Pen patch. Although the pen was all grown up, with only some wire still standing, but all that old manure really did good by mine. Land use changes made it impossible to grow in last year. I have an old grown up shed that the roof is about to fall in. I've thought about growing in it, but I would have to cut some trees. Not enough sun like it is.

When you see CP1, think tallest plant in Chicken Pen patch. CPDA is Chicken Pen Deer Ate. I won't go into the tragic clipping incident that led to CP2R3. Luckily those were not seeders. I only found 1 seed between the two of them, thus the name.

One of my BIL Spring crop plants was too tall for him to rest easy, so he cut it in half. He's doing a press and dry like you do with tobacco. Never heard of anyone doing it with weed. Will see in a couple weeks how it turns out.
