Only 2 out of 5 Seeds Germinated. Who do I Contact - Attitude or the Breeder Nirvana?

I hope everyone finds this useful as there are many people on RIU that do & do not like this seed bank.

So I emailed Attitude again and told them 3 of the seeds I order were cracked, and asked what they could do for me.

I then received three more emails from Attitude, here is how they went. The 1st one they requested pictures of the seeds, which I sent (the seeds were easy to crack since they didn't germ). Then they sent another email requesting pictures of both sides of the Nirvana package, which I sent.

And finally here is the last email I received from The Attitude Seed Bank:

"Hi
If you write a comment on your next order we will replace the damaged seeds and add some extras for the inconvenience. Please let me know if this is OK with you.

Overall I'm happy with the seeds that did germ & the 10-day shipping to the US, but not happy that I had to go through all this hassle just to get reimbursed for something that clearly reads "Guaranteed Quality" on the package.

My Overall Rating of The Attitude Seed Bank:

A+ shipping

C+ Seeds (only because 3 were immature and did not germ)

C+ Quality Control (you know checking your merchandise before you send it ;)

B+ Customer Service (but requiring another order before reimbursement is a low blow, and will piss most people off! On the other hand if I place another order I will finally be reimbursed.)

Okay time to :joint: I think my last dose of meds has worn off.

First time i ordered some seeds from herbies i had a couple of seeds arrived cracked.... but when i sent a polite email saying a few seeds were cracked,and is there anything they could do for me i was apologised to for not reciveing products in perfect condition and they would send out replacements straight away..... not after multiple emails and photgraphic proof of the damaged seeds.

Don't feel bad I ordered $500 worth of gear from attitude. When I got them I started them and all were fine but my 10 dynamites and my 5 grapegods. Two were smashed and most of the rest had chips missing out of them. I've ordered from here over 15 times and have never had a problem. Every order some wouldn't germ but I never complain and for over $10 a seed they should not come cracked. I wrote attitude only to get the run around ( contact the breeder). I told them I dindt do business with next generation it was with them. The asked for pictures of the seeds and packages, which I sent . Then it was how many were bad . Once I gave them the number I've heard nothing. All I want is what I payed for. Another rip-off European company. Just like a dealer take care of you the first few times then screw you next. Don't buy from them If you want to just waste your money send it to me. I got a paypal account I lie and tell you it's all good like them. SEND ME YOUR MONEY.
