ONA GEL

I was wondering if this would affect my plants. I have a 4ft tall 5ft wide and 2ft deep grow tent. I am using the ona gel outside my grow tent but not inside. stuff seems to be working, smell is down quite a bit. I just want to know if I left this near my tent with the window flaps open for fresh air would the plant and bud be affected from the ona gel? any feedback would help thanks

I have no experience with Ona Gel, but just based on what it is and what it does I would say no, it probably won't have any effect on the plants. It just absorbs smell right?

are you asking if it will make your buds taste of ONA piney toilet cleaner ?
they will be fine it will not harm them

I would keep your ONA gel away from your flowering plants, not in the same room when the tent is open.

When I first used ONA "Polar Ice" I kept it 4' from a tent which was left open 24x7 (no carbon filter, so tent left open). The buds took on a definite spearmint taste. I wouldn't say it tastes bad, but it was a definite taste.

you should be using carb scrub in the room and ona near the front door area of your home.

carb scrub is $150 and the best insurance you can buy.

if you're not gonna spend money on a carb scrub, you shouldn't be growing.

yes. mine cost $150 for the fan and filter.

if your running 9-12 plants all you need is 4".

try not to buy your things at hydro..shop around and buy online. you will get the best deal online and have your shipment in a day..i use amazon almost exclusively for all (good reviews too) and rarely go to hydro (emergency only).

you just set your fan on top of the filter (in your grow room) and can put a towel underneath to reduce noise level.

i live in an apartment and set my ona with ona fan near the front door so anything sucked out (from smoking..with carb scrub you won't even smell your plants) is fresh.

Yeh i would be cautious too, if its in a closed tent the risk of it making the buds taste of ONA lol

i don't like ONA myself i use essential oil spyayers they are cheeper and smell more plesent to me in the room but they are no where near the plants
i run ozone too from week 4 of 12/12 onward along with the carbon filter that runs all the time so it all gets sucked out the room anyway
