Old-School throwin' down the new school.

Lights:

Veg = A51 190
Bloom = A51 160 (X2)

Bloom is throwing down in a 2X4 tent. Right now I only have the Halcyon in bloom so I could sex. Tonight I will take some clones, they have been at 12/12 for 12 days and have shown me the goods.

Veg is throwing down in the open, I have a large room in the basement where I can do what it is I do.

Both sides of the life cycle are taking place in ebb&flow. I have the cycle set at flooding every three hours during the respective light cycle and the shit is legit.


I also have a "Daisy8" cloner running and as you can see I also have some spinach, lettuce, and chives rocking the garden...old-school, B.

If I could add anything it would be another 190 for the veg garden. The 2 160's are enough for bloom in my opinion...they are slammin'.

I do not have any idea what all these strains are like as I am growing without knowing. BUT, I can tell you that the LED lights are legit...last crop they grew will straight up knock you on your ass...Jack H. and something else that escapes me at the moment.

Just wanted to share with you what I got growing out here on the front range.

Good looking plants man. I like your spaces, wish I had that room. I'm in a homemade 2x3x6 cab.

They do look healthy, have the 160 and it grows well, whats with the bud hitting the light, is it burnt??

Not burnt, raised the lights after I took the pic.

I have not noticed any damage to any leaves at all from the LED lights.

On the other hand I do get some bleaching on some veggies if the light is too close.

Interesting actually.

Small tent, centered the lights...I do not see any benefit from spread apart or close together. The lights are above the center mass of plants and ebb table. If I had a bigger tent I would space them apart.

I meant close to your plants. Your panels are like 3 inches above your plants. Obviously it's working for you, but area51 says to keep them 18-22 inches above your plants.

Yeah, the tent is only so tall (7 feet)...no more vertical adjustment so it is what it is.

Before I flower my next batch I am going to shorten my table legs by 10 inches....still will not be enough nor would that allow much more room on this batch.

Honestly, the plants are not even phased by being so close to the lights. I have had ZERO issues...(knock on wood).

Day 66...no idea how much longer to go.
