Old People with Debit Cards Suck Ass!

Have you noticed how long it takes to get through a line of a couple of people at stores these days? It takes forever. But the worst is when you go to a drug or grocery store. Even though there might only be one old person in front of you, it might take the better part of a day to get to the cashier.

The first problem is cash. Old people don't carry it any more now that the government has direct deposit.

The second problem is that a debit card transaction is no longer just "punch in your pin". They got choices - and the old people read every goddam word and then think about it for a while. "Hmmm, do I want cash back? Back from what? Isn't this a card? Why are my pants wet?". All this takes too much time.

So the next time you are in a store and see a bunch of lines, thank the old people. They are over their heads and are costing us all precious efficiency.

Thanks Obama.

Annoying is having ur mother in-law who went home 2 days ago show up 2 days early for a half hour appointment she's probably going to assume ur missing work
To bring her to. Driving 15 mins suddenly scares her...but driving the 3 hours from her place to ours is done weekly...seriously bong/couch blocking me is a serious fucking no no when pushed to this many days. ..

I always try to get in the line with the most young dudes, and the least amount of women and old people. Young dudes don't want to talk or engage socially, they just want to get the fuck out asap. Women and old folks LOVE to chat, fuck that...
Not true. When the lady at the grocery store today asked me how I was doing I said "Alright, how about yourself?" Then I quickly shoved the cash in her hand grabbed my shit and left before the receipt was printed. ;)

Further more to prove your point, I asked this employee about the whole chickens on sale that I couldn't locate. He said they were sold out but had some replacement "frozen" whole chickens for even cheaper. He points them out and this old couple is standing over them (late 70's maybe) so he explains the situation (while I try snatching a chicken to get the fuck out of there)

Store clerk: "well we have these frozen ones for 99 cents a pound or I can take a rain check and let you know when we have some refrigerated chickens back in stock."

Old couple: "Ok we'll take a rain check."

Aint nobody got time for that shit! Meanwhile I'm sitting here drinking beer on an empty stomach, waiting for my chicken to thaw out with my dinner likely to be ready at midnight...

Spot on observation by the way.

i like the TAP to pay option..scary if you loose your debit card though
Then you'll just love the thumb print scan option :) LOL or how about DNA verification for the larger issues say, home loans, school loans the the like (yeah I'm being a shit :), first day I felt good enough to come downstairs.
