The state attorney has done everything he can to kill it for sure, and well failin is on record saying thc will never be ok in Ok under here watch so.... Time will tell if they refuse to let the people vote on it. Kind of sad the state da spent 20+ million sueing Colorado but claims no money for it to be on a special ballot. Goes to show their scared of their own voting public in this case.

Medical passed here in OK a few weeks back easily... now Fallin and Co. are trying to take herb out of stores and only have oils - and tried to make store owners have a licensed pharmacist on site WTFF???!!!
Well, Gov. Fallin and the state were sued, and have since backed off.
Meanwhile, people here are so pissed they started signing the Recreational petition like crazy and it might make it to a vote in November.
(fingers crossed)

Good luck OK. Med passed in my state Michigan back in 2008 and the politicians have been messing with the law for ten years. In November we vote for recreational and it's expected to pass easily.
It's been a long struggle, but the herb shall be set free!

They are backtracking on their crazy 788 rule add ons now. And green the vote has 8k more signatures than needed for recreational sq797 to be put on the ballot. Still a little short on 796 but still a week or so left to gather enough.
