Ok so after hours of agonizing and trying to figure it out, some of you said bugs, others nutes, you were right on with BUGS!!!! Damn Thrips.
I have attached a picture of one and the resulting look of it on the plant. I invested in a microscope you plug into the usb port of your computer, well worth the investment 40.00
i can now show you that yes it was thrips. Thank you all for your help.
Initial look on the plant: light green speckles. after a week or 2 they look like silver speckles.
Cheers

thrip.jpg found the little bugger to the left: plant looks like this to the right: Image21.jpg just wanted to show the problem/cause so anyone else with the problem can identify it.
I will be trying neem oil and anything else i can find to be organic and get rid of them.

Good luck..Those suckers attack my outdoor sage plants every year. Gonna try azamax this season. Outdoors it's control cause their buddies keep arriving.
