I have been chucking some pollen but the seeded plants were neglected. I had four of them in one five gallon dwc and i let the PH go off balance and my lights arent on a timer so the light shedule isnt too consistant. I havent seen any revegging but the fan leaves are very yellow probably from the PH issue or because im letting them go too long to make sure the seeds are fully developed.

My question is will the seeds be up to par? I think dna is dna and wont be influenced by enviroment. If the seeds are fully developed they should be just as strong as seeds from healthier mother plants but i also wonder if there might be some crack baby type issues. Will the seeds grow slow or weak? Do any of the more experienced people here have any experience with this?

Nobody can say for sure. The seeds will probably be fine even if the Parents were stressed.

sometimes under extreme stress or lack of light, nutrients, pest infestation seeds will never fully form and youll end up with a much higher ratio of duds to studs, meaning a bunch of soft white seeds.

youll most likely still get a good amount of viable seed but it will be reduced as a result of the stress..... at least in my experience.

I have more than enough seeds i just didnt want to waste my time if the seeds wouldnt be good. Im probably going to grow a bunch of small ones and should be able to find some worth keeping.
