Official Michigan Dispensary List Official

Take a look at the law when you get a chance. Basically you need a copy of your paperwork on you at all times that you have useable medicine on you. 20 days after you send in your application (and the state doesn't deny you) you are considered legal. At this point it is legal for you to posses your 2.5 ounces of medicine. It is also legal for your caregiver to posses your 12 plants. There are no dispensaries allowed by the law. These places all require you to be a patient or a caregiver and to have proof in the form of a card or documentation. As a patient or caregiver you can not buy or sell weed. But you can compensate a caregiver based on the amount of time or effort they had to put into the creation of the medicine. I recommend compassion clubs so you can network and find other patients and caregivers who are willing to trade and swap medicine and plant materials. You can try any of the listed in this thread but just know they are NOT DISPENSARIES. Just places that offer services to patients and caregivers.
I KNOW about everything you posted and those things have nothing to do with my question! And if they are not dispensaries then why is this thread called the official michigan dispensary list?! I asked a very specific question and not an "i don't know ANYTHING please help me" question. But in a way that answers my question...no one knows, which is fine and I'll be going to a compassion club meeting soon anyway.

Yea dude I didn't start the thread so don't ask me about that. But you can probably call or go to any of those places and find what you are looking for. I've called a few and they have varying requirements based on where you go. I know the one in Ann Arbor is the most lenient because it's decriminalized there so they don't have as much pressure from the authorities. They do require you pay a membership fee however in addition to the compensation. I've called a few of the other ones and they are good people. Good luck man sounds like you need some bud to de-stress.

I went to the Liberty Clinic in Ann Arbor to see the doctor there to get my script. They also had an attorney there. As soon as I had my script in hand, I was able to walk across the hall to the "dispensary" and purchase what ever I wanted. You have to buy a $12.00 membership, and then you will be issued a card and are free to buy weed, hash, cookies, etc. I believe their address is 206 Main street (right beside Mongolian Barbeque). Just bring your copies of your state application, the copy of your doctor recomendation (script), and the copy of the check you sent to the state and you will be fine to purchase. Also, if you have a bank statement showing that your state check has been cashed, even better!

I will say this however ..................... the quality of the product was just OK. Nothing special. Pretty much everything was $15.00 per gram.

yea you can go to most of these disp and get meds with only your paper work, matter of fact i havent found a single place that requires the actual card. if they did they wouldnt be selling any meds cuz only like a tiny percentage of patients actually have recieved their card. if you cant get to one of the places listed then just pm me and ill get you a hook up delivered.

Sounds like Ann Arbor might be my best bet since it's the most lenient on pot in Michigan. It's a long drive for me though..

thanks for the offer, i'll take you up on it if I can't get into a dispensary (or compassion club type thing...whatever people want to call them)

I just called the Ann Arbor health collective about their delivery service, and the woman on the phone said she would have someone else who knew more about it call me back because they had never even had a request for their delivery service before... is that the same place you are talking about?

There is a "dispensary" in Battle Creek that will accept patient's w/out cards and just paperwork. Last time I was there they had hash, PB oil(topical oil, great for arthritis), 6 medical strains, 2 merch strains, seeds, and pipes for super cheap. Medical strains ranged from $10-$20/gram and the ones I tried were pretty good(especially the Sweet Tooth!).

I don't know where you are at, but they are about 1hr 15min from G.R.

The web address is battlecreekccc.ning.com Good Luck

Good Luck!

The law is very gray about patient to patient transfers. It specifically says a caregiver can't sell to a patient that is not registered to him through the state. All it says about patients is that if they get caught selling to someone who is not allowed to use marijuana for medicinal purposes than there are certain consequences.

The law doesn't specify anything about dispensaries and as such these dispensaries in the state are assuming a big risk.

Our medical marijuana laws here were modeled after Rhode Island's law and they have since amended their law to allow for patient to patient transfers. Hopefully Michigan will follow suit after the 2 yr waiting period is up. Hope this helps.

No edit? Huh, never knew. Just watched it again on the news. They said, the Tri County suspect them, of illegal drug dealing? Wtf? But, after Howell banned desp, this week, they think they are targeting anyone...
