Spider Mites, bad Genetics, spiral leaves and weird growth patterns, overpriced. They lie about the Sour Diesel from them saying it's from "paradise seeds" like all of their strains, but Paradise has not released all of the crap they carry. I'm sorry but this listing should be pulled to save growers the hassle. However, it could be educational if you want to fight spider mites for the rest of your life.

Are these places actually selling product then? I am confused...

Prior to our law passing I contact attorneys at Norml regarding creating a dispenseary and was told the law does not support that, nor did it support selling to any other card holder than your 5 patients.

Has there been a change to the law or our people operating outside the law?

Thanks.

I was thinking that....about the mites/diseases and what not. I was like SWEET! CLONES! Then I sat and thought about it for a minute.

As i understand it they are operating under the "patient to patient transfer" loop hole. Doesn't matter to me all that does is that I'm protected no matter who I buy from!

Can you describe this loophole? Does that mean you can supply product to any individual with a legal card?

hi all, just got my doctors recommendation last week! But by the sound of it I won't have the card until September or October when those idiots in Lansing get around to doing their job. The bigger problem for me is that my next harvest is 2 months away, and I haven't had any bud for a couple months already because I moved to where I am now from upstate (TC) and don't have a single connection here. I read on the MMMA forums about a dispensary near me in Mt Pleasant but they won't let anyone in without a card. So I was wondering if anyone knows of a dispensary that will sell to someone who only has papers and not a card yet?? I get the feeling the answer is NO and I'm just pooch screwed for a few months but i had to ask.

Hey man...yeah, I'm up in TC too. You goin' to NMC? Anyway...yeah, there isn't anywhere that will send you anything. But...go to one of the compassion club meetings in TC...you'll get all the info you need, friend.

Anyone who has visited a dispensary, were you able to buy with just having your patient card? If so, that must mean dispensaries are or any caregiver is able to sell to anyone with a card? Would like to hear more on this, as I am quite amazed it is occurring. Thanks.

Hey, I meant that I moved down state FROM Traverse city...lived there most of my life. I'm living down in the middle of the state now and it sucks compared to TC. Still make it back up there to visit old friends every now and then though.

What I was asking about was if anyone knows if it's an absolute rule with all dispensaries that they will not sell to anyone who does not have a card yet? As in someone like me who is waiting for their card to arrive from the state but (obviously) has the papers from their doctor.

I'm going to look into compassion club meetings in my area but I just wanted to see if anyone on RIU knew something on the subject. peace

Take a look at the law when you get a chance. Basically you need a copy of your paperwork on you at all times that you have useable medicine on you. 20 days after you send in your application (and the state doesn't deny you) you are considered legal. At this point it is legal for you to posses your 2.5 ounces of medicine. It is also legal for your caregiver to posses your 12 plants. There are no dispensaries allowed by the law. These places all require you to be a patient or a caregiver and to have proof in the form of a card or documentation. As a patient or caregiver you can not buy or sell weed. But you can compensate a caregiver based on the amount of time or effort they had to put into the creation of the medicine. I recommend compassion clubs so you can network and find other patients and caregivers who are willing to trade and swap medicine and plant materials. You can try any of the listed in this thread but just know they are NOT DISPENSARIES. Just places that offer services to patients and caregivers.
