Why soil moist? Cant you just use water?

would recommend soil moist due to the amount of liquid it holds as a gel-type substance as opposed to cutting the power of the concentrate.. you could use water, but I figured that a stronger concentrate would go further and hit harder for the really tough strains in terms of high odor that you may not want roaming around your place
