OBAMA RATED 5th BEST PRESIDENT IN OUR HISTORY

Quite true. I think the country is ready to swing the pendulum back to the right. The only pleasure I take in that is that the likes of our resident left-wing loons will have heart palpitations as a result.

By the way, BnB, you are roundly criticized on RIU but I enjoy your posts and your clear thinking. Don't let the bastards grind you down, and don't for a minute think that they represent any sort of consensus.
Thanks DD!

And don't worry, I would be more troubled if I wasn't criticized by the likes of them. They are incapable of thinking. Looking at some of the "evidence" they rely on to support their arguments. It is really quite laughable how they have managed to delude themselves for so long that they have some sort of intelligence. They are useful idiots.

You are missing the point, yes, it is likely accurate, but the insurance companies have had a hand in this opinion from the begining, they have altered public opinion, I mentioned some of the players and the span of time. This has nothing to do with spinning the poll, it has to do with spinning the public that participated in the poll.
Dude, you don't get to pick and choose.

So what if the opinions of Americans have been shaped by others, it is still their opinions.

Right now, at this very moment, most americans wish the aca w gone.

I to am enrolled. It felt really nice to have health insurance when I first got it.

I take one medication, one. A months supply is $80, and it's the only reason I got the plan. It almost paid for itself.

Well, a few months later, I'm just being jerked around.

First, the ins won't pay for it.

Doctor sends letter, then they say they will.

I go to my pharmacy, and ins says they will pay for drug, but not at that pharmacy.

So I go to other pharmacy, they say that they can't take my ins.

I call ins, work some stuff out, they give me two options. Neither of which will take my ins.

Oh and my doctor won't take my ins.

So why the fuck am I paying for it, can't use this shit anywhere!!!

Why not just not pay for the ACA and pay the fine that's about the same as it would cost to sign up, and stick with your normal doctor?

I haven't signed up, and as far as I know, I'll be fined for it come April 1st

Couldn't give a shit either way..

What do you think are the top 5 worst things Obama has done during his presidency?
1) No recovery has ever been this shitty. The nature of our economy means it ebbs and flows on about a 10 to 15 year cycle. We're 5 years out, we should be in the boom phase right now. This president has shown poor leadership qualities, he inspires confidence in nobody, he does not give off confidence, he is to wishy-washy, business doesn't know what the fuck to do. He goes on about how evil wealthy people are, and how bad business screws people over, talking about making it to expensive to operate and open coal power plants. He is the sole reason businesses are sitting on mountains of cash and not spending it; they are afraid some massive tax, fee, penalty, or ridiculous wage will be mandated on them, so they are sitting on their money.

2) Foreign policy... Wow. Let's tell the Taliban exactly when were leaving. We should tell Syria that if they do something we will make them sorry, then when they do it, we ask them if they are sorry, and don't do shit. He flys drones around in sovereign countries killing people, us citizens even, without discrimination. He is every bit as big a war criminal, and probably more so than Bush. We have alienated Israel, he took some shots at the Brits, and he has made us look so weak that we are being laughed at by people we issue warnings to now.

3) Energy, already mentioned he said fuck you to coal. We can't do the keystone pipeline, for whatever reason. I think it is the truck drivers union that is the main lobbyist against that. He has made no progress on any energy policy. Our production is higher now than at any time in decades, but production takes time. His lack of initiative here won't be felt for another 5-10 years.

He hasn't even done shit on green energy. Didn't he say he was going to create 5 million new jobs in green energy?

4) The biggest thing the American president needs to be doing is dealing with China. China devalues their currency, which means they send stuff here super cheap, but our stuff costs more than it has to there. They are cheating us at the trade game... And he lets them! In 2008 he fully recognized this. It was part of his campaign.

Yet in 2012 he had his treasure department make the claim they weren't a currency manipulator, because he is a pussy.

Chinas trade games have cost hundreds of thousands of American jobs, and have contributed to our massive trade deficit with them, and compounded our debt to them.

With all honesty, this is probably job one for the president in my mind. And he is doing a piss poor job.

5) Paved the path for future dictatorship. No, Obama isn't a dictator, but everything a president does sets precedent. But he has a phone and a pen, what will the next ambitious president have? And what if it's a conservative republican?

Obama has done executive orders, some of which are out of typical boundaries that executive orders normally cover. This is not good. Increasing the power of the executive is not a good thing.

I've heard Obama has done 40 and by this time bush did 50. Obama could do worse with one and bush with 1000. It's the nature of the order, not the number.

There are more, but you asked for five.

Trying to find the worst, well it's like trying to find the wettest spot of the ocean.

I do not agree with this.

While not fond of our sitting president, he is not worse than Grant or Jackson, or even Nixon. Definitely better than Wilson, but couldn't touch Teddy R. with a 50ft pole.

TAMU is looked on with scorn here in Texas. We are filled to the brim with Aggie jokes.

Did you hear they are adding anatomy to their engineering curriculum? That way people can't say that an Aggie engineer couldn't find his ass from a hole in the ground.

An Aggie was vacationing in Alaska. While at a bar, a local sees his class ring and saunters up to the bar next to him.

"We Alaskans heard about you Aggies and you're pussies. We can drink a fifth of whiskey in one gulp, wrestle a polar bear bare handed and make love to a woman all in one night!"

"Shit, any Aggie can do that!" So he grabs a bottle of whiskey and downs it in one gulp. He then gets up and heads out to find a polar bear. An hour passes, no Aggie. Two hours pass and still no Aggie. Three... No Aggie. 4... No Aggie. The locals are getting worried. Finally, about 5 hours after he left, the Aggie appears. His clothes are torn to shreds, he's cut and scratched all over, he can barely walk. He bellies up to the bar and says:

"Now where's that woman you wanted me to wrestle?"

After conducting a survey of leading employment recruiters, the Wall Street Journal ranked Texas A&M 2nd nationally, as "most likely to help students land a job in key careers and professions".[SUP][/SUP][SUP][/SUP]In 2009 the National Science Foundation has recognized Texas A&M as one of the top 20 research institutions.

The usual attempt at deflection by a liberal. -so surprising- yes they have it correct
Obama is Americas worst president in history

Lmfao you have apparently not paid attention to any posts I have made. Liberal I am not.

Im an Aggie fan BTW, yes they are a good school. I live in Texas and have for most of my life. I know how TAMU is viewed here.

Obama is bad, but he's not the worst. You rate him worse than a president that commited genocide.

Did you not do the math given on the first post? :) If you did, where does TX A&M rank him. Anyone?
He came in 43'rd... Which considering he is the 44th seems kind of strange.

Where is the punch line?

He is the 44th president, but he is the 43rd man to be president. Grover Cleveland was elected to two non consecutive terms.
