My favorite liquid organic nutrients would be the Earth Juice classic line and the General Organics line is exceptional as well.
As far as the dry stuff goes; Espoma -Tone products are fabulous. If you mean favorite as in absolute, single ingredient composition organic nutrient source it would probably be Peruvian Seabird guano and Azomite.
