nutes?

So Im growing in soil and I just got some nutes. The first week it says to use 5ml of biothrive, 5ml of camag+, 5ml of bioroot, 2.5ml-5ml of Bioweed and optional, biomarine 5-10ml, and diamond black 5-10ml. Now I know not to give the whole 5ml, I will use a 1/4 ratio... my question is do I mix it all together in one gallon? Im currently watering my plant two pints about every 4 days or when it begins to show signs of needing water and i throw away whatever water spills out from the bottom. Should I throw away whatever remains in the gallon after I water it? Or do I keep it for later use??? My plant is about 45 days old. I have 5 seeding in solo cups that have yet to sprout, should I feed them that too?? I think not but maybe the bioroot?? Idk help me please

Your soil probably already contains some nutes. Depending on the plant/pot, you could not feed them anything for the first 2 weeks or so. I certainly wouldn't give a seedling all that stuff.
