Nute Schedule ?

Can anybody give me some basics as far as a decent nute schedule ? ? products to stay away from ? must haves ?

growing white widow, pretty much no veg. because of the setup and ill be growing this time with soil.

Basic 3 part GH/AN series works fine. As for schedule i couldn't help you there as i do my whole grow with a 0-8-16, GMB Formula. Basicly same schedule the entire grow, it works for me and its really simple. Google Lucas forumla, theres tons of info online about it.

Technaflora Recipe for success. I use it because it is idiot proof. A starter kit costs about $40.
