NUTE LOCKOUT DUE TO PH!!! Have some ?s

So I've noticed the beginning signs of a nute lock out and I think its caused due to the ph. So my questions are if they are locked out can I just water with higher PhD water and then will the nutrients be unlocked and enter the plants? Do I need to flush and renute with half strength? The problems I'm noticing is a mag deficiency on 2 and zinc and potassium on the other 10 and I believe its due to a ph drop after I mixed the nutes and didnt reup the ph. This what you do,flush your soil,create @1/2 strength foliage spray,mist your plant(s) until dripping,let sit for 20-30 minutes,spray fresh clean plain water to wash off any residue(Respray),DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE SOIL BUT WATER IT CAN AND WILL MAKE THINGS WORST,don't feed again to next feeding time but before then try to get a PH meter(kit).

Warning: Do not spray plants near bulbs(hot or cold) or any electrical devices EVER!!!
