hey guys for this years indoor grow i wanted to try out auto's for the first time. auto chemdog, auto bluedream, auto kush, and auto pounder. i have one 150 watt hps light and i will be getting a grow tent. i would like to do a regular photo period plant but im kinda short on time this year. so any suggestions? i do want to try scrog but i have never done it before

Pile up a bunch of autos in 16 oz cup or larger and let it roll , Seems like the only thing good about autos , is SOG. not Scrog

My understanding is you can't really Scrog an auto, or it is very difficult and can't be done properly like a Scrog should be. A SOG though, go nuts.

4 plants is to much for a 150W .. if you go autos ..
why dont you go fast finishing photo's with short veg ? and do more plants like 6 ?
Whats ur time window ? I really dont see the point of autos indoor .. outdoor yes depending on when you plant .. totally ! .. but indoor its makes no sense to me ... but everyone has a diferrent opinion and thats the way it should be offcourse , we arn't robots .

The shorter finish time doesn't compensate for the costs, quality and yield.

well i have such a small window of time because i am moving and my outdoor harvest all my plants got cut so i need to make my money back...kinda fast hence why autos. now i know alot of people dont see the point with autos but making some of my money back is better than no money back plus a decent smoke. and a 150watt is perfect for 4 plants shit i grew 6 plants under my 150 watt and they where fine great buds! its all about using the light to its fullest!

I wouldn't go 4 autos in a 150W lamp , but i guess everyone have a diferrent way to make things and no argue about that .
Is just my opinion , 150W by the book have a coverage of 2ftx2ft you can push it for 3ftx3ft , but that last ft is getting very poor light coverage.
Autoflower plants due to their genetis tend to grow very bushy and need some LST to get the better results , 2 plants with lst will cover you easy the 3 ft x 3ft space , thats why i wouldn't do 4 plants. specially autos.
I'm not saying that your wrong and im right just sharing opinions.

yeah i can see where you are coming from, i have been looking into some grow tents to get the most out of the light. i may even upgrade to a 400watt MH/HPS
