That light would be much better for them. I would be a little concerned about moving them to 12/12 in that state.

I didn't double post this thread!! for whats in the flower room I am using shultz veg plant food 10-15-10 mixed with shultz bloom builder 10-54-10 and black strap molasses and I'm using homemade co2... none of the clones or seedlings have gotten any nutes yet!

Plants that size need nutes.
Not necessarily true. I've grown nute-free many times with a decent outcome.

It's definitely the pot size. Plants that are one foot tall should essentially have a large amount of roots. If there is no room for the roots, the rest of the plant will suffer. I'd say your best bet of saving the plant is to transplant immediately into at least a 3gallon pot and give it some type of root growth stimulator. And don't flower them yet. Nurse them back to health first. Plants use a lot of energy to create buds. If they barely have enough energy to stay alive, then you'll be back on here soon asking why your plants aren't budding 5 weeks into flower.

So what size pots are the other plants in?

There are so many things wrong with your plants. You need a crash course in plant kindness. You need light, food, and water.I'm not trying to be insulting, but those are the saddest mj plants I've ever seen.
Bro,you havent seen sad plants yet.Just if he transplant them to a bigger pot in a day or two every thing would be ok.

just review your first grows and you will find some sad ones.if not i will send it to you from my disasterous experiences.

clones about 2 weeks old which are not over or under watered.... is the pots to small now??? +rep
also its only the top leaves that are drooping!!
I'm thinking you may have cloned an inch or two more than required? LOL

Seriously...they will be fine given adequate water and light---they'll spruce right up. Very little in wattage is required for you to vegetate. Even indirect sunlight would be adequate...in fact, better.

I enlarged picture and saw how shallow your pots were. When transplanting a seedling for the purpose of vegetating, the next pot should be at least 5" deep...ideally more.
