not exactly sure

Need help identifying plants that have recently poped up this spring, to me looks like the real deal and hoping it is but not quite sure. Been doing some research and found nothing, found one pic but couldn't open the link, if anybody has any info would be most helpful. Dont think itz what i want it to be cause i think it be early for it to b flowering but the top pic gets more sun light then the bottom pic , its close but not sure, hoping its good news.

I'm not sure what is it but I would try smoking it.
