Noob soil question

Looking for a start to finish soil blend with not much needs. Will plant from seeds. What is your prefered mix? Also, this is going in a cab grow. Thanks!

I'm a big fan of Supersoil if your not in a hurry to plant. Soil takes 3 months to build. Combination of fermentation and turning. Stuff literally ferments. Key for me is quality bacterial growth in your soil and that's the premise behind Supersoil. Just my opinion. Best of luck.
