? by scale i take it you mean the red/green bars ? click red for bad rep and green for good rep....?

Place a Bic lighter horizontally on top of those bars and directly on the other side of the lighter you will see the Scales of Justice.

Directly above Join Date: and in between the Post # and the Warning icon.
