Nirvanna - Terrible Customer Service

I'm not sure if it is just me, but I believe Nirvanna has terrible customer service :/

There name speaks for itself, they are free of suffering, which, customer complaints, emails & questions are......lol

Don't let one unhappy customer change the way you think. I just got my seeds a few days ago they were quick and pollite.

they do ship most of the time but expecting a response or customer support is out of the question. Good thing though is that it hasnt changed in years !

I've used Nirvana and had only one problem. When I logged into the website and visited the HELP DESK, I opened a trouble ticket and got a CONFIRMATION. Within two days, I received a nice email apologizing and advising a new shipment replacement was being sent express mail....

The poster of this thread doesn't even bother to list his experience, just wants to opine that their service sucks. OK stranger with 14 posts, why?

I had issues with them as well. Never got the first package they shipped. Waiting on the second one now. I ordered nearly a month ago. I'm going with Attitude next time.

They gave you a complementary set of ear rings with your beans? How nice of them.

i got a cool little tin of mints with mine.and the beans shipped fast,no probs at all.

still waiting on mines, hopefully will get them tuesday. Nirvana always say they are busy, but im like attitude is probably 2x's busier than Nirvana but rachel still answers your emails within 24hours. Just sayin Nirvana is kinda falling off.

They're alright. In retrospect, I should've gone with Attitude from the get-go. They offer better freebies, better shipping. I've also heard some people criticize Nirvana for not saying where the strains came from, which breeder that is. But I don't know much about that whole business, so I'm not going to go off on them for that.

Attitude is still my #1, they offer mad freebies and great stealth shipping. even though the teeshirts they send in the stealth could be cooler and not so bland I want a attitude shirt to make my official Friday night smoke shirt .

They have mostly every known and semi known seedbank for a great price. cant go wrong with the TUDE

Auzzie07, if you are in Australia, dont use Atittude or Nirvanna, for any aussies i recommend planetskunk, rhinoseeds, SeedBotique, Herbies pick n mix.... all these guys packages make it past customs, All Nirvanna & Atittude orders are marked and seized.
