I really like how this light preforms. HPS / t5 was CLEARLY a problem that once fixed i get better results. I assume my HPS / T5 were too low wattage / not close enough to the previous plants.

The last photos show i can grow a "fat" auto. as u can see, one has alot of leafs, one doesnt. I take what the strain gives me and work with it.. Sometimes i get shitty strains / genetics. But im happy =)

Last thing I want to mention. I will take pictures of Hydra when I get the other plants outta the area (when they finish) and hydra gets bigger.

Hydra is an Aurora Indica, which i topped ONCE and it grew back 4 heads total. (dont ask me, Lol)

I took 4 clones from it, I believe that 3 of the clones are surviving. I free'd up space in the area so now the clones can get a full dose of light. I would like to take one more clone and I know exactly which branch i want to snip next in order to get the shape i desire QUEEN HYDRA (king tut style x Hydra head topping).

I am overly impressed with this one specific strain of auto flower.
The plant looks fucking awesome and i just LOVE how it structures itself. I am totally going to get the non-auto version and see if it stacks the same, if it does and it gives a good strong medi hit I am going to keep it.
The fact that this plant is obviously purpling up a storm also makes me quite happy.

The only problem i have now is i have no clue how to get my lighting to show off the crystals the way it should. This this is COVERED, DENSE, HARD and like nothing else i've grown before.

Feels good to finally do something right. I am super anxious to try this plants smoke.

It's just showing it first amber hairs, so it should be readying up soon. I cant wait.

Best smoke from an auto thus far. Got some left still but it surely wont last. Adding this one to my desired "must grow more" list of 6.

Holy fuck NL continues to impress me.

Small accident with the AI plant, it split down the middle when i was tying it off.. thankfully i heard the sound of wood splitting over my loud ass music so i stopped and tried to patch it up with raw honey and some pipe cleaners to help it mend.

It doesnt even matter as i have 4 good clones from it, and clone 2 is ready to give me clones if momma dies and i need to promote a new captain. (lol)

NL was the shit. I totally want to germ a seed the moment I get them.

I want to start a new thread but i feel rather lazy about it, and seeing as i dropped 2 autos in 2 1 gallon pots, i guess i should just keep this journal open till im finished.

I caved and dropped some autos because the bubblicious smelled like orange cream before i added buddah bloom to its water before flush. So it was given 1 shot of buddah bloom to boost bloom and straight water.

Now it oddly enough smells like fried chicken. Ive read sometimes people getting odd smells from their plants.

I actually think it smells just fine lol. I like chicken sometimes.

I have 1 aurora clone in the yellow bucket, which makes 2 AI in bucket vegging, momma is getting quite big.

My gf suggested that i not flower out all my plants. I may just take clones right before i switch them to flower but i want to give the other clones once they're in bigger pots time to catch up. I also want to give the autos as much 18/6 as i can before i have to string up "small lights" for when the main big light isnt on.

Id love to have a second "clone area" but i dont have any other place where i can manage temps well I may make a small dam area or hollow out a dresser and install some cfl's later on after we decide if we want to move... We'll see...

I am trying to make it so that i have purple bubblicious in time for 4/20 My bday is at the end of march, however i dont think ill have any cured in time for my bday, but seeing as its so resinous i maybe able to get away with vaping some thats dry. it "kinda" worked with my NL sample the first time.

I ordered Northern lights Fem, White castle FEM, black berry FEM, raspberry cough FEM, and bubblicious FEM.

I saved blue mystic for a later date after i try out its auto flower versions under this new setup. down the line when i move ill probably get a second light preferrably the same light type. I was gonna get a 100 dollar LED but i figured id be easier and cheaper just to use my old T5 BLUE to slightly expand and intensify my growblu LED footprint.

In order for me to get the max grow outta my area i need to move my main light into the corner of the area im using and then put the T5 at the end. that way i can move all the plants and actually use the corner which ive been avoiding and i let the shitty short rider sit in. that plant gave me some unexpected ice which means if i add the final mylar ive been slacking on and move the light ill get all 8 buckets to fit. my gf has 3 plants in 1 in bucket 1 in pot and one is rather tiny and un-noteworthy.

The bubblicious plant is on week 16 from auto seed. so it should be finished by week 18-19.5 at the most. I assume to harvest it around the week of the 29th. It is super fucking frosty bro, just like the northern lights.

And one final note, the curing process works well. Cvaults reduce smell for when youre on the go outside and u dont want to be smelled. It will be "loud" when u open it but once u hit the first latch the smell start to fade.

Do not PAX vape NL loud at the bar. I did the and apparently i made the entire bar smell like NL, i was oblivious and super stoned. Lets just say DA BIRDS love me in there. I've also had so many people tell me that i smell like loud, or they ask me if they can buy some from me, that i have decided to not vape that shit in public lol. I dont want to get pulled over all cocky and shit and then bam they can actually smell what ive been vaping. Gonna also keep some revitalizer on hand incase i gotta 2hour a motherfucker (lol)

I guess that's it really. I need to post some pics of this frosty ass autoflower. This much frost is fucking awesome and if it goes back to smelling like orange cream cicle it'll surely be popular. I could use the spare change. I feel like a fucking hobo but now that i am finally getting good results, hopefully that wont last too long. i just want a steady supply of good not reggy-shit weed and some extra $ here and there. That's the dream anywho lol. Im part of the way there NL was so fucking awesome that it completely changed my mind.

I shit you not, i was going to be DONE with that strain completely. I was pissed at the "no leaf" bc i thought lots of leaf was mandi for bud, boy was that WRONG at least with that plant, now if i can grow a bunch of moms with that pheno? FUCKING BEAST!!!

I am really excited to try out some of the new strains. Ill have to decide which strains Ill want to keep on hand.
I hope we figure out a new moving situation or I get a car and we move into something bigger.

I hate how small the kitchen and bathroom are. oh and the fuses here are straight up rubbish. So tired of blowing fuses... if we had decent wiring id just warm the room we dont use and use the entire room like fuck it. but unfortunately it would draw too much power to heat another room... maybe if i used a corner.. but then id have to figure out how to cool the room in the summer lol. fucking hell.

Felt good to hear someone liked it. I know NL was the shit, and the second half of bub which i havent harvested yet has all turned purple except the bottom part the light doesnt get to bc its a leafy strain.

Maybe the dream isnt dead. More to come soon. Its 3:20 and im tired.

So lets start with a journal update.

I bought a Pax 2!

Totally worth it if you want a better vape. Totally a better product and worth the price if you vape for meds.

it had its obvious flaws but it is a huge improvement over pax 1 and the fact that it comes with a usb cord which means u can now charge your pax without buying the 40$ car kit.

Seems to last longer, however the tiny parts get lost easier as they were shrank with the obvious design.

Growing has been going well.

April 27th is when the flowers were on a full 12/12 from 18/6 minus 1 hr a day.

Conclusion is putting them into flower was rather easy from 18/6 so if my plants get 24/0 now due to light switching. I will probably want to drop to 18/6 to make it easier for transition. i take 1-2 hrs off at first then 1 hr off till it ='s 12/12.

Aurora indica and all the clones accepted the lighting changes without issue and have been accepting nutes and lollipopping without issue.

The Northern lights which is under veg is coming back from a giant CAL def. Friend told me what it was, added calMG + molasses to the water and it seems to be snapping out pretty quickly.

Will also treat the clones with the solution seeing as they are probably carrying the same trait from mom.

So far all the clones have gone well. The clone with the milkhat (lol) was just taken recently when i noticed i was just gonna ghetto mainline. It has less of a cal def if any as it had no shriv on the leafs unlike previous clones.

I dropped blackberry, then WC and rasberry cough.

Blackberry popped a dark green almost purple looking. seemed to fade as i put it under the t5 though

Next the white castle popped up i believe then the rasberry cough. Ill confirm later bc the size differences are huge given only a day or two germ head start.

Overall everything is going well.. Temps are usually 73-77. Humidity is usually 20-38% On bad days it can get as high as 91 but thats only when the woman doesnt leave the ac on in the room like i tell her. and that only happened once. dont want heat stress so i made sure she understood.

If its only week 2 of flower, the fact that the leafs are almost covered with spots is good, normally this doesnt happen this early. the auto is trying to mimic the best it can but it is obviously being outclassed by the fem seed and its pretty much the exact cycle as i would grow normally anywho so its like yeah, just do regs, buds form better and bigger, and its all the same duration.

I am fairly impatient.

If everything goes well we should have about a july harvest.

Note aurora indica doesnt smell like anything currently. Bubblicious autoflower stinks, northern light reg stinks.

I am going to test healing effects once i have harvests of each one.. Ill test it against things like nausea, headache, upset stomach, heartburn, migraine, girlfriends womanly issues if she wants to, and then i will record the results based on each strain.

I grow because its easier to figure out what cures what with my own research within myself.

My results are what worked for / on me and may not work for everyone. Plants are known to trich up under 40% humidity and its been pretty easy to keep it under that normally with out the ac before the heat came, now i have to keep the ac on low.

It does get as low as 65 in here. never any lower. Hopefully that helps with colors. I love da purps.

Day 17

Lollipopped more. didnt like the lime green growth so i removed alot of the grow that wasnt getting enough light and then i added the mini hps light off to the side, its purpose is to hit the bottom of the plants getting light to where it wasnt previous.

Overall its a patch job until i clean up but its an ok patch job for an on the fly thought.

Plants seem happier. Added a topping mix of peat + pro mix to plants that have been lolli'd and could use some more dirt. saw roots on one which prompted me to do so. apparently the water pushing the soil exposed roots but normally the LED ONLY doesnt penetrate that far down so it didnt matter but i feel like with the addition of an extra light it was necessary.

From now on I will call my grow area the "ice box"

Day 18. Haven't noticed a change.

They seem happy. Only oddity was the fact that i had to water @ 1 something in the am due to RL problem.
They dont seem effected and i used low light of my cam to light the bottom soil so i could water without spilling.

Day 20.

I snuck in half a gal of spring water into their nute water mixture (extra water for when i feel like nute might be too strong) to try to provoke white hairs.

Worked like a charm. Didn't have tap water to add to the mix or I would've used it and saved a dollar (lol)

4 TSP tiger bloom, buddah bloom.
3 tsp of GH flora.
2 TSP gh micro
0TSP of gh veg (since tiger bloom has nitro in it thats why its so heavy at the top.)
2 TSP cal MG
2TSP mol
1TSP epson salt
1TSP silacate or whatever its spelled as.
The water gets a cap full of PH UP in flower. I dont normally test it but i know its 6.1-6.4. usually 6.1 if i dont add spring water. Ph'd it once a while ago and decided i didnt need to if all the ingredients were the same. So far this holds true for AI and bubb strains.

The mol esp sila honey all rotate depending on what part of the week it is and what type of watering im giving.
Sometimes i will neglect sila honey and epsons depending. Molasses will only be neglected if i feel the water is too nute heavy and they have enough calmg already added.

So far they accept the nutes well, no issues, no yellowing, no nada. system works for auto flowering bubblicious as well ai its fed the exact same water and has no issues.
