Def add micro nutes, will increase growth exponentially. Also I like to keep my plants short and busy rather then go for a main cola mainly because of light resources it is more useful with shorter plants with more tops of course though.

Anywho I harvested two of the 4 plants that were in flowering. Ill have a dry weight once everything is done.

Just harvested 120G for the Water cure jars as it cures faster dammit LOL I have some air drying but im leaning toward water technique as its faster. Ill post pics sooner or later i just feel like crap.

Um one of the new seedlings is florishing nicely. big and fat looking. its been in there since the 31st i believe and the results are incredible.

After research i was right. The bigger the pot, the better the outcome with auto flower.

I will have VALID PROOF / data when i post pics... Im just doing a small write up before work.

Thanks to everyone who has send me private messages to lend advise, and to those who posted here.

Some of you may think im being or feeling some type of way, im not. Im just learning as i go along, and i tend to stick with what i verified works until i see something better and data to support that it'll WORK FOR ME AND MY SITUATION. Seeing as everyones situtation and enviornment is different i dont want to go "you should do this" when it might not be applicable for your situation. Hopefully people understand this.

I will probably do reg seeds once im out of auto flowers and or money to buy more.

I currently LOVE the short rider strain due to its SPEED oh and it smells great too.

I want to try bubblicious from nirvana and most the strains they have. they were having issues processing orders when i had the $ so it'll have to wait.

I guess that it, all i can think of. I feel like im doing pretty well for a noob with limited space. if i could get a 600 watt light in here WITHOUT it blowing a fuse (my current 2 lights + air conditioner + other things in the house makes my shitty apt power box blow fuses, so i can only imagine what a real 600+ watt light would do)

For all of you stoned readers out there, I am NOT growing bag seeds / normal seed At the moment.

All of my flowers are currently auto flowering under 20+ hours of light, which gives flowering status in 20 days if properly maintained.

Hopefully i've helped people see thru the haze lmao.

Now the waiting game begins. Im actually cheeky excited. Feeling a bit better and not under the weather so soon as my device is charged ill try to upload a wall of pix. i have a few harvest pictures and pictures of the current grow. (2 plants still flowering, 2 seeds dropped thrusday, 3 seedlings flurishing atm, one had some random issue (i feel its the pot is too small, was gathering data on this.) So i will NOT repot any of them and the pot they are in, they will stay in for the entire ride.)

But everything is all good and since my gf just left, time to sneak a smoke LOL.

Well some less exciting news. The plant that's taking FOREVER to finish is now obviously a BLUE MYSTIC.

Not just because ive harvested one and i know the scent on my hand (always a good way for verfication) but ive never really heard much of Short riders hermie'ing. Given the fact that this plant is skinny and SR's are typically short and fat, but this plant was so tall and lanky i had to take the middle cola to STOP it from just flat out falling over and or breaking itself.

The rest of the plant is still going, but now i know EXACTLY what seeds look like as they're stewing so i can now eliminate them next time in advanced.

Thankfully it didnt spread to my other plant(s) maybe it wasnt fertile. i mean i have a fan in the area so ALL of the plants should be preggy with seeds, but i only count seeds on 2 plants and it was only toward the bottom of one and on the parent hermie which is still in there.. thankfully it cant jizz on any other plants as they arent mature enough.

Lesson learned. No more blue mystics LOL
I like SR better anywho.

If anyone knows if these seeds are still usable let me know. ill use them when i have nothing else.

They do not look like they're mature enough in my opinion. some of them were starting to go dark in color but most of them look like tiny off white eggs and they dont seem dark enough.

Oh. 2 more of the new blue mystics popped outta the dirt. One is in a very odd position. one one is fine.

i said odd position because i planted the seed in the middle, you know like all normal planters. but apparently my foliar spray made the dirt move (oh that manual pump be OP) so now its like to the side in its container and im NOT going to move it, as ill just stress the plant and seeing how EASY blue mystics hermie, id rather not.

I dont like finding seeds in smoke IVE GROWN.

I will finish out the blue mystic seeds and probably not order them again. Let's hope bubblicious can be my second go to strain bc blue mystic is getting the AXE. (PUN INTENDED.)

All plants are ok. bubblicious seed sprouted THRU the sand (dunno how or why but it seemed like there was a gnat infestation in the bottom of my FFOF / FFHF soil so i made sandy bitches for 2 weeks to rid myself of them and most things are going according to plan.

Given what ive read about venus fly traps. i am switching to distilled water this weekend. i hear once u got distilled you never go back.

Its been a week + 2 days of cure in the JAR for the hermie plant and i must say THIS SMOKE IS FUCKING EPIC. I have half a mind to plant some of the seeds i got off this hermie and get more of this shit. seeds = annoying but this smoke seems to make it worth it.

Im going to post more pictures when i feel like snapping more. I am excited to do more bubblicious / short rider. Blue mystic is good but it just takes SO FUCKING LONG where short rider takes half the time... yeah.. i like these 2 strains so far.. gonna keep testing until i can make authentic pink lemonade.

Ok. I have pictures that i am uploading in a sec since its been forever since i actually put some pictures up.

All the smoke is gone. it was great while it lasted lol.

I have a total of 7 plants. all alive and doing ok.

I have confident proof that auto flowers in small containers = no. pictures will speak for themselves and you can tell which plants are happier.

Plants seem to LOVE the new water, no more tap water... Once you go distilled you never go back they say, well this spring water tastes good to ME and my plants absolutely live for day 3 when i water them as ive changed and reduced my watering schedule quite drastically. I typically now only water every 3rd day and never before hand.

Also sand on the top layer doesnt hurt and removes 95% of my nat problem as they came back from some eggs already in my batch of FFOF BUT i handled dat like a champ.

As promised. The tiniest plant is the bubblicious, going strong and seemingly immune like short rider.

If bubblicious is to my liking it may become my strain 2. if i crack the blue mystic "code" it will be #3.

Short rider is currently #1 due to smoke quality and SPEED. omg the early finish is NO JOKE.

its been a while. i planted a short rider on sunday. this is the final seed that will be planted here. hopefully it finished before the expected move out date in oct.

I finally invested in a nute. General Hydroponics (GH) flora gro, bloom, and micro.

I believe these 3 will fix my issue. plants seem happier. all dying of leaves has stopped all yellowing has stopped.

New nodes, chutes, etc. more white hairs, longer branches. Im hoping that my final calculations are correct and that i have figured out how to grow in my desired area.

Temp has been dropped to about 72-74 for 24/7

Everything seems to be going good. bugs to a minimum.

Just tired of the house flies being attracted to the molasses >_<!!!

I've harvested a bunch, learned some small things. etc. Plus i've been able to test out Blue mystic, short rider, and bubblicious and i will do a write up on my thoughts of each.

Nice autos...those buckets are way to big for growing autos..2 gallon pots are best ...your only waisting soil and money with anything bigger...i have a lot of experience with autos...just my thought...happy growing

If that logic were true then there'd be no point in planting autos outside and they matching or towering over regs. But i understand what you're getting at.

The problem with my plants not getting big is that some of the photos are old and i never updated.

My last harvest plant exceeded my 4 ft max height. thus disproving they wont grow big enough for the buckets as the last SR i planted almost tilted the bucket over.

But anywho I think I may have figured my yield problem. My lights werent optimal and alot of light wasnt being used by the plants. I will post my upgrades and stuff wednesday whenever they arrive.

Also I got a new strain set to try and this time i said FUCK AUTOS!

I got Aurora Indica (gonna be the momma plant) and some northern lights.

I am looking forward to doing them under the NEW LED 600W I have seen great things come from led and after the lighting tests i am stoked to try it out.

If i dont like the results and feel like my currently lights are better i will opt to sell the LED, however I get the feeing that wont be the case.

So i got my groblu apollo 180x3w light and its nice. I finally managed to get it hung turned it on and 10 mins before work one of the back left clusters went out. I emailed them and they said theyre outta stock and some lights may have issue. Im a bit bummed honestly as i had to take down my old lights and use those hooks for the new light. I guess im going to just test the light and see if i cant fix it since they said it could just be a loose connection. If i cant manage to fix it i want to return it and get a new one and the headache of its shipping dealt with.

This time allows me to test the light i guess to see if my autos like it.

Also my northern lights have been planted and hopefully will pop soon.

Im hoping for a turn around once the light issue is fixed. Oh and i hope this light actually grows my plants well..

Is where you can find out more about who makes the light, spectrum, if its good bad etc and leave me some feed back if you have experience with this type of light. Ive never done LED but i hear some good things about them now that alot of the kinks are being worked out..

Operation Upgrade complete.

1) Raised the lights to the 4 ft by 4ft level. I do believe the light may have been a bit too much for the plants at its previous height that was TOO LOW?

2) raising the lights meant raising the plants, which i did, and i can now lower with ease if i feel they are too close to the light. I broke out the measuring tape and it says the light is 3.8 feet above the bucket, and theres 4ft of light for left to right as well. meaning i can add 2 more buckets.

3) the light will probably be returned in 2 weeks, but im hoping they will send me the replacement BEFORE i have to send the old one back.

4) raising and moving things meant moving the fans and stuff. Temps seem to stay in the 73 degree range with the door closed. 70 degree with the lights off(door closed), and around 71 with the door open after a breeze.

The 2 Northern lights have yet to make an appearance thank god they stayed under otherwise they could have gotten light shock too.

I hear the plant will resume growing and once shock has worn off IF they are light shocked.

I will have to revisit bubblicious and blue mystic strains as now that i have a new light i feel like i did alot of shit wrong and i have to run alot of my smaller tests over again.

Finally doing my homework and writing things down so i remember. No more failures and mishaps! pics will come when the northern lights show themselves from the dirt. (they should break the sand sunday / monday)

So i managed to get some pics last night so heres a before the work day starts post.



The smaller plants are in shock due to how close the light was originally. I moved it and it magically just started working as the back left pod was flashing.

The temps stay pretty low. the 75 degree temp is off by a degree or two just because that thing is only but so accurate.

Oh and im curing a batch from a previous grow and i finally got that magic 62%. Go Go Go cure! it only took 24 hrs after re drying it because it was like 94% before i redried it and it was on the hangers for a full 7 days. guess 8 is still my magic number. 8.5 in a pinch. I dont have an hydrometer or whatever its called so im just praying the batch in the big Cvault is at the exact same % because it was around the same level of dryness before I put it in. I might just open the Cvault and pray because that stash was wetter which is why i forgot about it...

Operation upgrade was successful. I've noticed a difference which i may go into later.

Its currently lights out. kinda glad i moved the cords into the other room via a heavy duty extender so its quiet when the light shuts off via timer.

I decided to step my ph game up in a final attempt to "like" auto flowers before i switch to regs. I am going to switch to reg fem seeds and cuttings because its cheaper and obviously less time for flowering if done right.



I think those are good choices for a ph meter to start off as well as to correct the ph level of my water.

Im going to double check but i do believe it needs to be 6.2 for it to be absorbed the best. er 6.5

I just want to make sure that ive done everything right so when i get my final result i can decide if they're worth doing as a side project down the line. Overall they can be fun and profitable, i just feel like i suck with them. regs i can throw into veg if i have a big issue, autos not so much...
