Welcome to our world Tom, your choices are very good for a beginner just
remember the most common mistake "noobs" make is killing them with
kindness not to much food or water, no radical changes and if things go
wrong ask before action.
Good luck with your grow.

Hey. How did that WC finish?Got any reports, pics, tips? I will get my beans in a few weeks and the write up (by nirvana) sounds amazing
I wouldn't grow it again. Got you high as a mofo, but didn't care for the buzz or taste. I had to chop early due to personal reasons, but im sure that had a lot to do with it. I didn't realize when i ordered it, that it was a 12 week strain. it was just ok!!

I've ran Ice, Blue Mystic, White Widow, Wonder Woman, Medusa, master kush.... think I've had a few more as well but can't remember.
The blue mystic actually turned a dark purplish blue when grown outdoors in cold weather, it was all right. White widow was ok as well. Actually all of em were decent not any bad ones in the bunch. The wonder woman is a really huge yielding plant that is some good smoke with people always asking for more.

It is one of the top producing strains I have ever grown and I have grown quite a few top yielding strains. I ended up gettting over a lb dried off a hip tall plant that I had topped a few times. each cola was like a baseball bat. This is an excellent commerical strain the only negative is that it tends to mold if the weather is not cooperating. I'm planning on running several of these outside again this season along side some Critical Mass that I have grown for a few years.

If you're running outdoor you should give their swiss cheese a go. It used to be swiss miss and does great outdoors, same with their papaya.

The master Kush was all right. Wasn't nothing fantastic in any area but just a good all around plant. I had nothing that was a keeper myself. I had some customer love it and some passed on it for the Wonder Woman. Actually I don't think anybody didn't like the ww. Everybody was wanting more lol

Medusa was a nice plant and I want to grow it out again and put it in some better dirt as it didn't get real big on me and ended up getting some shade during fill which greatly effected it's yield. It was better than the master Kush easily. Just not yielding that go around but that was on my part though.
I have must have found a special pheno of the Wonder Woman because it was super dank, super sticky, huge yielding plant for how big it was smelled great and smoked even better.
I'm actually thinking about using the Wonder Woman to cross into some other strains to see if I can improve upon them.

Only down fall of the Wonder Woman is u need to be on top of it if the weather turns out wet as it will mold in those baseball bat colas.

I apologize for not updating for a long time. Ran into issues and life just got busy but here are some pics of some recent stuff. And FYI I am no longer using soil or hydroponics. I only use Canna Coco now and I'm having great success with it. Anyone who hasn't tried it needs to because it is fairly simple and most of my ladies seem to absolutely love it. Growth is quick almost as fast if not just as fast as hydroponics.

Blackberry - The only strain that really has any issues with the Coco. Doesn't yield too much and the buzz wasn't honestly too strong. Not one of my favorites.

NYPD - Definitely a unique smell and taste. Does seem to have some diesel like the name suggests but not nearly as strong as some original Sour Diesel. 2nd biggest yield in my group.

Papaya - Not a very high yield, the buds are more fluffy than dense but the bud is amazing. Great smell, look, taste, easy to grow and to clone.

Royal Flush - Definitely another unique smelling bud and taste because of the 4 main strains that make this beauty. Buds are covered in trichomes but again not a huge yield per lady but the bud is awesome.

Bubblelicious - Biggest yield out of my group. Sadly I didnt get lucky and get the actual pink strain but Bubble is still a great strain. Great look, smell, taste and buzz. Heavy feeder too.

Chrystal - This actually reminded me a lot of Papaya in the way she grows. Not the biggest yield and the buds are more fluffy than dense but great smell, taste and look.

Nice work and a great report. Thank you for putting it together. Did you run a single seed per strain?

Majority of them I originally started 2 seeds for each strain but like I said I ran into some issues. And I wanted to do at least 2 seeds of each strain to try an find the better mothers to clone. In reality you should pick the best mom from a lot more seeds but when you don't have a lot of space its a little difficult. But now I've pretty much cut it down to the better moms and only have one of each strain. I plan on replacing Blackberry with something else too but with a strain that's very popular around my area and not on Nirvana sadly.

NYPD is definitely some great smoke. Maybe taste some sour and a little lemon in her. Be prepared because she can get pretty dam tall. She was the tallest in my group so she can produce good yields if done right. I'd say I got at least 2 O's from just one lady. First attempt too.

i have grown many nirvana seeds, blue mystic, bubblisios, northern lights,papaya,ak48, ice, and misty. all were good strains, misty was my all time favorite and they no longer sell it.. if anyone has misty seeds i would love to buy them!! nirvanas northern lights in my opinion is a far better plant than bcsc's nl#5 and many other nl by different companies..i am growing the nl now for 2 years,a little stretchy but big buds full of crystals, easy to clone and only 1 week of veg to rooted clones finish around 3 ft tall and get roughly an ounce per plant dried and cured.. i have always had good luck with nirvana seeds, each pack of 10 will always get you some killer phenios, somtimes hard to decide which ones to keep..i always plant all 10 and breed the best male and female out the pack then back cross to get stabilized hybrids.. however in my pack of 10 northern lights i was unable to do so as all were females and all were identical in growth, structure, smell, taste, and yield.. so i think their nl is already stabilized..have any of you had same results with their northern lights? or any other of their strains? i normally get at least a few different phenios in each pack so this was unusual but all were of great quality so im pleased..i do wish i wouldve gotten a male though to create more seeds...not to often u wish for a male hu...??

Me personally I hate anything that's not strictly female. I don't mess with males, autos and especially not hermies. Males and hermies can easily mess up an entire crop and you can't clone autos so their a waste to me. I have gotten different phenotypes of the same strain but then some were different. Its really just a crap shoot. I have a buddy out in Cali that is a professional out there and he told me all about this stuff. You can get a 100 seeds all supposed to be the same strain. Most will be fairly similar like you were saying but if you get lucky you get the mother that clearly is just better than every other. That is how the pros with huge warehouses find their best genetics because they have the space to test a ton at a time.
