"NIGHT" Lighting for My Garden

What type of low level lighting can I use to access my garden while they are asleep?

I don't want to disturb their light cycle to get work done. I was thinking about blue rope lights? Not really looking for guesses here, anyone actually know what to use?
Thanks.

Been using a green cfl party bulb for years with no problems. you can get at any party store or party section of stores.

as long as it is for short periods you can use a regular bulb low wattage bulb , this is something i have done daily for years , the plants will not notice a few mins of low light from a 15w cfl .. but if you are worried, wrap some green plastic round it lol

theres an app for that.. hah.. no seriously.. i needed a green light and downloaded an app called color flashlight, you can change the color and brightness of the screen. now i dont know weather it actually affects the sleep cycle or not just an easy free green light..
